Food didn’t taste good overall. I ordered a bowl, and it had barely and rice or lettuce, and the place was generous enough to give me the slightest bit of salsa. The only things that there was a lot of was the chicken which was okay, and the beans, which were equivalent to your school cafeteria baked beans, which was 50% of the entire bowl. Would never eat here again.

This by far was the nastiest food I’ve ever put into my mouth. I got the burrito bowl, with everything in it, and added steak. I was told there was no way to get half chicken & half steak. (No big deal) I paid extra for more meat. The lady taking my order was very unfriendly and seemed as if she had an attitude, that she had to leave the bar and take my order. After paying $25.72 I received a disgusting slimy; wet bowl. The meat had no seasoning or flavor, and taste like it had been sitting in water all day. The rice was over cooked and mushy, the beans taste undercooked and also had a mushy texture. I’m flabbergasted and have never had such bad OVERPRICED food like this. I know SFO isn’t necessarily a foodie city but this is just down right disgusting. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. ITS THAT BAD!! One positive thing I can say is that the food did come out quickly, but maybe that’s the problem. They should work less on speed and more on quality.

I was at California Airport to take my flight and couldn’t not find so many restaurants to get some chipotle style. But finally found this and I just totally loved it . There was a big queue but it was fast and taste was really good for a reasonable price.

The food is flavorful and generous. If you want friendly, go somewhere else. The food was out fast….maybe why not friendly. I had the pork carnitas burrito bowl. Yummy. If they offered a salad option, I would have been all over it. I was in concourse D.

I enjoyed the vegan tinga bowl. The texture was spot on (just like shredded beef). They ask if cheese is OK as they don’t have vegan cheese option. They also have soyrizo and veggie options. If you like Chipotle you will probably like this place. I wish there more salad on the bowl, it was more carb/protein/fat and less vegetables. They also quietly charge a 2% airport employee benefit fee, which is not much, and while I support workers this fee should have been disclosed, or included in already high airport prices.

The staff was very cooperative and thoughtful, when I ordered a burrito, I didn’t specify the type of beans I wanted. But as soon as I told them, they offered to change the order for free; even if it meant throwing the other burrito away.

Food was okay in taste. Would not try again. Very bland. Servers were quick. Prices were at higher side for the quality and quantity both. Server forgot to add the guacamole which they charged $2.47 for.

I don’t usually take time to post reviews but this restaurant is ridiculous. Their burrito bowl is misadvertised as having mixed greens on it. It is wilted white shredded iceberg lettuce, and not much more than a teaspoon of it at that. The food was bland. Basically a pile of chicken and rice. I managed to finish eating it, only because I didn’t want to waste food. Don’t waste your $ here. The attitude of the employees is not great either.
