Food was amazing!!! Got the ribeye it was cooked reflect med rare! Didn’t really care for broccolini but will try asparagus next time! We will be back for sure! Lobster Mac n cheese was amazing also! Great portions! Was so full and it didn’t even look like I touched my plate! Have another 2-3 meals outta this! And the amazing free cheesecake that came with my steak dinner! More people should know about this!

Very nice guy and he made amazing food! We had the ribeye steaks, and blackened salmon with veggies and mashed potatoes and everything was great. Only next time we may ask for it a bit less salty

We’re in town for a couple days and came across this little gem online. Read the reviews before going by and honestly, everything previously mentioned was spot on! The fried shrimp, mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus along with the patty melt were outstanding! The fact that this level of cousine was made-to-order in a food truck only adds to the character and overall experience. The talented Owner/Chef was beyond hospitable and even sent us on our way with some delicious cheesecake. Thank you, sir! Highly recommend!!

I don’t know what else to tell you other than if you find a little school bus style food truck parked in a car wash parking lot off Highway 19 with hundreds of five star reviews and you don’t stop by and see what they are about, you’re being purposefully ignorant and even worse, straight up missing out on what has been THE BEST MEAL I’ve had during my three week stay in Holiday. I travel all over Florida and make videos about my stops and this place has been an absolute highlight. It’s charming and low key, the owner is extremely kind and humble, his food is absolutely the best I’ve had in the area and his portions are huge. I paid $50 + a tip because he’s awesome and got what looked (and felt) like a 3lb perfectly cooked Ribeye, a huge helping of Lobster Mac N’ Cheese, a huge helping of velvety garlic mashed potatoes and perfectly grilled asparagus to top it off. It was so much food he had to put it in two separate to-go boxes. Even better, there was no huge line or wait time, he had everything cooked up and ready for me in under 15 minutes.
As I said, if you’re from here and you don’t know about this place, get with the program, and if you’re just passing through, skip the Wendy’s and do yourself a favor and stop off here. You won’t regret it, I promise.

I have no complaints. I made an order on the spot and, with handling other business, my order was promptly taken and in roughly 15 minutes as quoted was delivered fresh, medium rare steak that absolutely did not need A1 with the way he seasoned. An exquisite meal worth the price and kudos to this man for delivering great nourishment at the time I needed it. I do recommend calling ahead of time but honestly there was no problem waiting either.

The food was on point absolutely 5 star experience best food I have ever had from a food truck spot. My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were fantastic garlic butter rules. The snow crab was cooked just right. Not overdone like most restaurants. The asparagus and the broccolini was flavored just right! I will definitely be back over and over again. Oh and I can tell you I’m not a cake person and my cupcake so decadent and moist, I am not hooked!!!!!

So let’s start by noting its in the 30s in Tarpon tonight so venturing out to get dinner at 10pm at night I was beyond hesitant. I never expected to find such GREAT FOOD at a FOOD TRUCK!! Hats off to YANNI!! The food was Amazing!! Seasoned to perfection and cooked fresh as we waited. Never had such great food from a Food Truck. We ordered the Lobster Mac n Cheese, Filet, Mashed potatoes. Broccolini and Lambchops. If you havent stopped by, You Need to!!! I will Definitely be back!!! Love that its open so late.

The only thing to say is that the food was awesome. Cooked to perfection seasoned perfect! I highly recommend it. I come from a food background. I had the filet mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was perfect. I’m very pleased. I can’t wait to go back!

Let’s start out that I never expected to get a gourmet meal out of a food truck anytime during the week. This lil stop and go is perfect especially after you were in Bare Assets. I ate there twice just to see if it hit the spot the second time and buddy it sure did! So far I have had the ribeye which was cooked perfect along with the mash potatoes and asparagus which was also made to my liking. Great seasoning and the next day I decided to go for the lamb lollipop and it did not disappoint! Even if you’re just driving by I suggest you stop and grab a bite!
