Stopped by today (Sunday around 2 PM) for brunch. This used to be Village Bistro, but it’s been remodeled and renamed Anchor Social. The decor was nice and clean.
I had the chicken and waffles, and my fiancée had the French toast. The food took a while even though the place wasn’t busy, and when it arrived, everything the chicken, potatoes, waffles, and French toast was cold. It really seemed like it had been sitting for a while instead of being freshly made.
We also ordered cappuccinos, which came out cold too, but our waitress was polite and quickly replaced them. The second ones were perfect.
Overall, the service was friendly and the space looks good, but the kitchen really needs improvement. The long wait, cold food, and lack of syrup for the waffles and French toast were disappointing. I was hoping to love this new spot, but they have some work to do.

My organization just did a 90+ person dinner here and WOW! John, Brittany and the entire crew were so incredibly accommodating. They truly bought our vision to life. Every single course of the family style dinner they served was delicious from salad to dessert. My attendees were raving about what an incredible dinner it was. Highly recommend ! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Secret tip: go on a Tuesday night for taco Tuesday and try the homemade “Choco Taco”. Mind blowing good!

Amazing food. Crab nachos were our absolutely favorite! Lovely atmosphere. Great ambience and aesthetic. Restaurant is welcoming and clean. The food was superb and the owners are absolutely lovely. Perfect place for date night or drinks with friends. Will be back!

The restaurant is beautiful. Nice beachy vibe. Seasonally decorated. Service was great. Three out of the four meals were really enjoyed. Wasn’t a fan of the Caesar salad. Did not come chopped and description did not mention that anchovies were in the salad, definitely a turn off. Also came with too many very hard rectangle croutons. Definitely needs some work. Other than that, my family really enjoyed their other meals.

We visited during their soft opening, so we expected a few delays—but honestly, everything was fantastic! The food and drinks were great (highly recommend the lobster roll!), and the atmosphere was super cool and relaxing. Natalie, the hostess, was so kind and welcoming, and our waitress Katie was absolutely amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Came on taco Tuesday. Tacos were small, but only $4 a piece which is very reasonable. We each had three tacos and shared the ucah fries which were really good. Margarita was tasty, very pretty vibes. Our waiter was very nice, looking forward to coming back

First time here and it was GREAT. Restaurant is brand new/clean. I got the short ribs and my wife got the salmon, good portions and the food was excellent. Will definitely be back, John, the owner, is great. Found a new go-to in Milford.
