Having visited this establishment for the first time, I was hoping to find a restaurant with a mom-and-pop atmosphere. I was delighted by the freshness of the food and the fact that it was prepared to order. The ambiance certainly evoked the feeling of a local lunch spot. I opted for the hamburger and fries, while my child chose the pizza.

If I could write a review and leave 0 stars that’s what I would do. I was a loyal customer to the Original Anchor room so decided to come in Saturday for old times sake. Boy were we disappointed. We went in around 8pm on Saturday with high expectations. It didn’t take long to be disappointed and decide we were never returning. Not only was the dough on the pizza still frozen but apparently drinks come from a can and cost $3 per refill which wasn’t told to me until I got my check. I asked to speak to the manager who seemed intoxicated herself which only lead to a childlike tantrum and no resolution. We had such high hopes coming back but unfortunately we will not be returning. It is definitely not what it used to be that’s for sure.

Oh my goodness!! As I’m looking on google trying to figure out what I want for dinner…I see who the new owners are I’m sooo gonna have to choose here one night to grab something from. This place is apart of my childhood going w/my mom and step dad all the time and now has some pretty awesome owners I must say!! Went to get something to eat . Sign outside said Karaoke tonight @7. I ended up staying and had a VERY GOOD time. The people in there were GREAT. FUN FUN FUN! I will be returning
