One thing I was admiring in life is if something‘s not right and a manager goes out of his way to put it straight I love the fish and chips so the food is amazing and more importantly when Delivery stopped due to somebody’s bereavement, I won’t lie I did leave a bad review not because the food was bad because I was disappointed and retracting that now because it’s been more than made up for I’ve had a personal delivery today. I’ve had an explanation and apology and and I feel really valued as a customer. What more could you ask for? I wish more companies behave like that the portions generous the food is delicious and the staff are very polite especially the manager so I just like to say massive thank you and see you again very soon.

This has to be the worst food I’ve had in a long time,
The battered sausage was dry and tasted like flavourless cardboard, the fish was stodgy and full of grease, and the chips were discusting,
But at least the service was good.
Can’t see me going back to this chippy. £9.90 for the fish was ridiculous.
