I came from Pomona to this location to try their recommend food. I spent 100$ for dinner and I can’t complain the food was very flavorful good sized portions. I definitely will come back. I gave 3 stars in customer service the first cashier didn’t say anything to me just stared, and the Second Lady just place my food on the counter without reaching out to me that my order was ready? I just assumed because it was the biggest order compared to the rest of the customers. I just said thank you and you’re welcome. I also had ask for a restroom and they said they don’t have one. I just needed it for my 5 year old.

When I visited the restaurant for the first time they used to serve a lot of chicken and salad. Nowadays they increased the price that leads around $13.50 per plate but with noticeable less food in the plate. Hopefully in the future they serve more or increase the price again but serve a lot. Amazing tasting charcoal-grilled food.

Pulled in through social media. I ordered the chicken/beef bowl plate. After tax and $1.00 tip, I basically got a $20 plate of rice and salad with a small layer of meat. Not worth it, IMO.

The cashier girl was rude! I couldn’t hear a word she was whispering the whole time looking at me like if I was dumb for not hearing anything she said. I went to ask for teriyaki sauce and Siracha and she gave me the ugliest look. As I was eating my food I noticed her being loud and clear with other customers. She also thanked them and said have a good day. That was weird to me so I will not be coming back to this location. She made me feel uncomfortable with the way I was treated.

The food here is delicious! The food was fresh and hot when it got delivered . The meat was flavorful and tender and the sushi was freshly made as well . Definitely ordering from them again .

Food was great, had the chicken and beef plate. My complaint is the one napkin, one teri sauce, and one chili. The portions could be bigger for the price. When I asked for a couple more, I got one…. The food was great tho.
