Stopped in for dinner and drinks on our way to NC. This place is amazing! Cameron took great care of us. We tried all of their specialty cocktails and were not disappointed. We tried the baked brie as well as the asparagus for appetizers, which were amazing. We also had two of their pizzas. They were both fantastic. If you find yourself near Rocky Mount, VA, you have to check this place out. We will be stopping by again on our way home.

AMAZING!!!!! Hands down the BEST place to have an EXCELLENT meal! Our server Kamronn went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He was very nice and so accommodating. He made our visit to this establishment the standard by which I judged every other restaurant. NONE compared to the quality of food, service and atmosphere.!
Kim, Nat, & Chrissy were also amazing throughout our evening.! When we arrived we went inside and were a little thrown by the decor. Very 1920’s!!! My favorite decade! We took a seat in a corner on an antique couch and waited to see what would happen.. just as we were about to leave, Kamronn came over and started trending to needs. He was very friendly right from the start.! Nice smile and pleasant energy. We asked if we could sit on the patio to dine and he was all for it.! So we moved to the patio and from there our night only got BETTER!! It was a little cool outside so they lit the fire pit to help warm us up. They really went out of their way to make sure my fiancé and I had an exceptional time.! I will definitely come back here every chance I get to enjoy the amazing food and good friendly company. If any of you are looking for good food, unique atmosphere and great friendly people. You can not miss Anastasia’s Speakeasy!!! ⭐️x1000

Very much enjoyed our visit! Good things to know…parking is to the right when facing the building, which we missed at first. Figuring out the entrance is part of the charm so I won’t spoil that surprise. We had beverages that were both lovely and delicious, plus the bread/oil/cheese appetizer. Most excellent on all counts, can’t wait to return! The charming and knowledgeable bartender was a plus and the vibe is low key and delightful.

Such a unique and cool place in Rocky Mount! The presentation was amazing, they even made my ginger fancy with glitter and a smoke bubble! Their appetizers were delicious as well as the dinner! The space is very small but that adds to the cool speak easy vibe!

The place was interesting. The food was OK. The staff were cordial. The price was too high. If you’re looking for dinner there are better options. The choices are limited but the quality is decent. The seating is a problem. We got their early to meet anothe couple for dinner. The only table available was about 18 inches wide. The onle other table I saw was a low coffre table with large furiture around it.

Wonderful and relaxing date night. The entrance is very entertaining and was not expected. Opening the door and getting my first look was awesome. The mood was relaxing. Seating was comfortable and service was prompt. We enjoyed all the drinks and food. There is quite the selection of liquor to choose from, some otherwise very hard to come by. For multiple drinks and courses, the check was still reasonable. I will definitely be returning!!!

Fantastic food, good cocktails, and a large selection of liquors and cordials (hard to come by). Great ambiance. And to speak to other reviews mentioning the seating, this is explicitly what you should expect from a speakeasy. I am a little sad to have missed when they were still a jazz joint, but I totally understand, given the location. Also 100% the best and wildest way I’ve been served bread as an appetizer. Ostentatious and over the top; absolutely loved it.

My husband and I were looking for a nice dinner before a show. I am so glad we decided to try something different. We ordered a lovely dirty martini and spinach artichoke to start. The dip had fresh ingredients and was super rich and yummy. We both tried the waygu beef. My husband had the steak and was really surprised at the quality and was happy with the marbling and the temperature was a perfect mid rare. I had the burger and it was wonderful. Try the public enemy! I finished my meal with an amazing French press. The staff was really friendly and the ambiance was such fun. I can’t wait to come back.

Everything here was top tier. As far as date night vibes, drinks and food, 5 stars all day long. We absolutely loved it. The only thing that bothered us and which is the reason why I put 4 stars in the atmosphere category, the locals we encountered CLEARLY does not like outsiders. My wife and I escaped the daily hustle and bustle from the city and came to the area to recharge our batteries. We were excited to come to your establishment and as soon as we walked in, the group of 4 we were next to immediately started in with their insulting comments and they were not trying to be discreet about it. Other than that, this place was absolutely AMAZING!!! Despite the rude locals we encountered, we would come back.
