We come here decently often. The food is pretty good, but the service from the younger waitresses is mediocre. (I understand being in the restaurant business that it’s hard to find solid workers.)

It typically takes 10 minutes for us to even be acknowledged at our table. Literally watching them talk/ flirt leaning on the bar. I have to wave to get their attention. (We even made it a game to see how long it typically takes for them to notice us, that’s how often it happens)

Mentioned we don’t want onions, or feta, eta. Simple things that it takes a click to remove, yet we always have to get our food remade. Then mine gets cold while his is being remade.

The kitchen/ bus boy always brings our food, the waitresses maybe 25% of the time come and ask how things are going or actually give us a refill without being flagged down.

But when it’s time to pay, they are SUPER attentive waiting for the money or if it’s a card automatically asking for a 18-20-25%. For what service? I rather order from a kiosk where it’s done right and brought to my table and save myself the headache.

Again it’s a good spot for some food after a long shift at work. Just the younger waitresses need a retrain in hospitality and service in the food industry.

Anastasia’s has a waitress named Colleen and she is awesome! I’ve never had a problem with any of the other waiters or waitresses. She just happens to be my favorite. The food is good and if there’s ever an issue, they actually listen to the customers and correct it. They have great weekly specials and a beautiful patio for evening dining. Most of their food comes out beautiful and as ordered. I did ask for lightly cooked pizza and got crunchy hard dark -but everything else was beautiful.

This is a very convenient location. Easy to get in and park. The menu is very impressive with a great look to the restaurant!
The food was all very good. No disappointment with any of our dishes and the speed that the kitchen and food runners had it out to us. The only issue that we had was with the service from our waitress OR the lack of service. Having been a server in the past, I understand what is possible and I know when customers (guests) are a bit ridiculous or legitimately have issues. The legitimate issues that we had was that drink refills didn’t come quickly and the receipt sat with a credit card on the table while the waitress walked by 3 or 4 times empty handed and never picked it up. I don’t think my expectations of basic service were unreasonable. It was frustrating that a great meal was spoiled by being ignored by our server. It is frustrating when someone with a customer service job isn’t really interested in customer service.
In spite of the direct service issues we had, I would say that you should still consider a stop here. Most of the workers seemed to care about what they were doing and I really enjoyed the food. Hope you have a good visit!

Rustic atmosphere, clean establishment. My first time here and we ordered the Artichoke Dip for an appetizer. It was AMAZING!! Absolutely delicious! We then ordered a thin crust pizza, I’m not sure what’s different about this pizza, I’m thinking it’s the sauce. This is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.

This place has it all. The vibe is great, the service is fast and friendly, the drinks are always top notch and of course the food just does not disappoint. During our most recent visit, we had the espresso martinis, bone-in mild and garlic parm wings, shrimp basket, meatball sandwich and kids pizza. I have been a mild wing lover lately but the garlic parm wings here, beat the mild, though both were delicious! I just hope I remember that this place never fails, next time we are unsure on where to eat out. also, most importantly in today’s economy, the prices are so reasonable. $70 for a family of three: an appetizer, three entrees and three cocktails (martinis)!

Big menu with lots of choices! Will be back to try more items! Had the Gyro salad, it had some tough pieces, but all in all was good!Wanted to buy a shirt, but no one had a key to the case they are locked in.Staff called a manager who said it would be a hour. Unfortunately, they lost a sale as we weren’t going to wait (we had already eaten).

Cool looking place. Younger hostess upfront looked mad, unapproachable, and unpleasant. Service was good til we got our meal. Then did not see our server for 19 minutes. Yes, I timed it lol. Had to flag down hostess to get the check. Had saganaki app. Was delicious but extremely small and overpriced, enough for 4 guest to have about one bite. With 4 small pitas. French onion soup was meh. Tons of cheese, hardly any onion (ya know, the star of the show). And the onion was only sauteed not carmelized. Italian was decent and a good size portion. Pizza was ok. Needed way more sauce. I mean, very dry. But, the fresh ingredients were great! The worst part was the booths. They must be getting old or made of balsa wood. If the party seated behind moves, you’ll bounce around and jerk forward. Good luck eating soup while that’s happening. Should be fixed but I doubt it will. Overall 3 out of 5 stars after 3rd visit. Probably won’t return.

We have eaten here roughly 5 times and the food is usually great. I had lunch here with my daughter today and was very disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Cesar Salad and was 5 or 6 bites into it when I realized my chicken was raw in the middle. The waiter was apologetic and returned my plate to the kitchen. He came back a short time later with what I was told was a new salad. I’m not 100% convinced that it was a different one though. How extremely irresponsible and dangerous for a restaurant to serve undercooked chicken! Especially when the chicken is served pre sliced into small sections. They should have seen that it was not cooked properly. We were not only very disappointed but also charged full price!
