Great little bakery! We stopped in after church one Sunday morning. Everything was so fresh, and you can see them making everything. The breads were delicious and the chocolate croissant was amazing. I wish I tried more things. The problem was, everything just looked so good and we chose to just order a couple of things. We will be back for more, I’m sure.

This bakery truly does have it all. Savory baked goods, sweet treats, amazing coffee and drinks, and of course – the best bread. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and welcoming. The staff is fantastic and incredibly hard working. So glad we have this in NT!
EDIT: 3 months after writing this review and things are just as great, if not better. New creations frequent the case and the team for sure improved their flow since opening.

Hands down the best artisan sourdough and European-style bread in Buffalo. You can tell this baker truly loves what she does! Every loaf is made with care, incredible ingredients, and serious skill. The bread, english muffins, baguettes and baked goods have amazing flavor and texture, and the pastries are just as good (dangerously good, honestly). Nothing feels mass-produced or rushed—just really, really great bread made by someone who’s passionate about her craft. If you love real sourdough, this place is a must.

The best desserts around! The linzer cookies are my personal favorite but I love everything they make! I am often buying one of each and then my husband and I have a little buffet of desserts to taste test at home for fun, lol! Definitely try the cardamom rolls and homemade poptarts too as they are incredible! My husband loves the cookie mountains they have. I forget what they’re actually called but they are so delicious too!

After months of getting baked goods from Anastasia’s bakery at the market, I was excited to attend their soft opening today! They did not disappoint ~ warm baguettes, delicious sourdough bread, a charming vibe and the cutest kid cashing out customers. There is something about seeing a family come together to build a business. ❤️
I can’t wait to have more time to spend there to soak up the fresh bread smells, and sit at the cute tables with a warm beverage in my had. I will be there weekly, maybe more .

my new favorite bakery! the blackberry danish and peach poptarts are to die for. i believe the poptarts were $4, they don’t have a sign. they said they rotate flavors so im excited to come back and try another poptart!

I had the pleasure of attending Anastasia’s soft opening. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is great, and the baked goods are delicious! I ordered a tea and some baguettes to-go but there are also cute tables where you can sit and dine-in. Her prices are also very reasonable! Anastasia is always so kind and a pleasure to see. So happy to see her dreams coming true!

Delicious bread, pastries and coffee. We got a loaf of bread and one of each pastry they had left and they were all delicious. Everything is clearly handcrafted and made with love. And if you’re a coffee lover, you can’t get much better than their espresso drinks. I also appreciate how there were so many families with kids there. Clearly a welcoming, comfortable place! We are looking forward to our next trip to this bakery!

I’m so impressed by this artisan bakery. Beautiful, flavorful breads. You can taste the quality. Unique, flavorful pastries-out of the ordinary-more European and delicious. Many made with fresh fruit and delicate spices. We buy a loaf of traditional rye weekly. Excellent, helpful staff. Don’t miss out- plan to stay and enjoy very fresh coffee and a pastry. You can also get these to go. Short hours- I think 8:30-1 and closed Tuesdays. I hope she never leaves NT!

The best bakery for sourdough bread and sweets! I also love treating myself to coffee when I am there too. Multiple flavors to choose from and something for everyone.
