Its a food truck in the parking lot of the LOWEs. Its -5 degrees today. I had planned on taking it to go, but as soon as i took a few sample bites of each item i ordered, I devoured it in the parking lot before i left. Had 2 pupusas and a pastele with the tastiest crust. ALL phenomenal, paired with their curtido. Forget about it. I will be returning soon, please support this business so i can continue to come back and eat this!

It was my first visit to Ana’s and I loved it. I ordered the bean and cheese pupusa while my friend tried the plantain plate. Both dishes were full of flavor and absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to come back and try more items.

Stopped by for lunch and got the Tamales Salvadoreños, Chicharron con Queso papusa, Pasteles de Pollo con Papa. All were made fresh to order and fantastic! Tamales were creamy in texture and flavored perfectly. Easily of the best I’ve had in the burbs. The pastales were fried to crispy perfection and delicious, and the papusa was everything I could have wished for, and more. Everything was either a flavor-bomb or texture-bomb. Sauces are optional because everything was so good, but for sure get the tomato sauce to balance out fried or cheesy things. The green sauce had a great flavor and mild to medium spice level. The red sauce was pretty spicy, but flavorful so it amps things up in a good way. Can’t wait to go back and try the tacos and other offerings. Highly suggest stopping here!

Stop, turn around and head to Ana’s. I drove far and it was beyond worth it.
The food is all totally fresh, made to order. The service is great! The price is way below other pupuserias.
Yes, it feels weird walking into an empty mall and an empty food court but you will never be disappointed!

I recently moved here from California, my mom’s best friend is from El Salvador and she would make some delicious Pupusas. Since I moved here I’ve been doing my research and finally decided to give it a go. Best decision ever!!! They are so good. So authentic. I’m in love! 10/10 recommended. Must try!!!

Holy cow!! Just came here for lunch with Dad. I’ve been coming to Stratford Square for over 40 years. This place is definitely worth coming back to the empty mall for! The food is fresh and delicious.

Pasteles we’re very good also. I’d recommend the cheese and pepper papupas. The tacos and other papas were good too.

I had the Pupusas chicharrón y queso and Rebuelta. Both were excellent! Also had the empanada de plátano and it was delicious. This restaurant is the biggest highlight of the ghost town that is Stratford mall. I’d post post picture of papusas but I ate them to fast because they were so good.
