We went after lunch rush hours. They ran out of vermicelli noodles for the dish that has one so they have to substitute with pho noodles. It doesn’t taste quit the same. But we were hungry and not much choice on the menu. My husband had pho. Good size bowl.

I have had pho over the years. And this place rocketed up the chart. This is my first time. Excellent food. Excellent cleanliness. Good atmosphere. Unhurried and attentive service. I shall return for more.

I tried An Pho Restaurant today for lunch. The noodle dishes were tasty and delicious. The spring rolls were also very good, and the vegetables were fresh.
There were many locals and foreigners dining when we visited.
I would like to go again and try more dishes.

The ambiance at this restaurant was delightful, and it was impeccably clean. I decided to try the special Pho, which happened to be the priciest item on the menu. Unfortunately, the soup I received wasn’t served hot and had an overpowering smell of beef. Additionally, all the dessert options were already sold out. While the grape juice was refreshing, I found it to be a bit too pricey compared to a bowl of noodles.

Following a recommendation from a friend we made a visit to this restaurant for lunch. The service was prompt and the pho was nice! The special big bowl was generous in serving size and lots of meat slices and balls. The fresh meat slices was tough and hard to bite! It would be a perfect bowl if those slices was soften or tenderised! The dining room can be very noisy when packed. Finding a parking at peak hour can be impossible! Nonetheless, it was worth for a visit to experience something different in Vientiane!

An Pho is probably one of the very few noodle restaurants in the entire country that maintains excellent cleanliness and good sanitary standards. Unlike many other places, you won’t find cleaning tissues all over the floor or lots of flies on the tables. The waitstaff are nice, the food is fine, and the air conditioning adds to the overall comfort of dining here.
However, like many other restaurants in the area, parking is a significant issue. There is very limited to no parking available, and during lunchtime, it can be particularly challenging. Traffic often gets congested as people try to park their cars on the walkway or even the street, blocking the narrow road entirely. While this is not the fault of the restaurant, it’s something worth noting for potential visitors.
An Pho has been open for just over a week, and I hope they continue to maintain their high standards of service and cleanliness for a long time.
