Wonderful small town family restaurant. All fresh cooked food and homemade food. Open for breakfast and lunch, daily specials.

This was recommended to us by three locals. One lady at a gas station, a lady at the venison meat factory and a guy down town. Amazing country cooking, lovely ladies serving the food. Cash only payments . Saturday AM, expect a 20-45 minute wait. There’s bar and communal table seating for quicker service ♥️

Oh definitely definitely a great place for breakfast… Fresh ingredients you’ll never leave hungry. I haven’t had anything bad here. That homemade sausage gravy is loaded with sausage, she uses fresh spinach, fresh vegetables, etc. and lots of bacon! I love this place. Amy even takes the time to come and sit down with the patrons and talk to them. If the apple fritter French toast is a special, make sure you get it, and be sure to have the homemade strawberry rhubarb jelly on your toast.

Friendly service and very traditional/old-school diner feel. Pancake, sausage and eggs were all well done. My only gripe really was with the syrup which seemed to be mass produced grocery store syrup instead of maple. Very affordable plate!

Little mom and pop restaurant with great food! Inexpensive and big portions. Friendly atmosphere. Only negative was the waitress seemed very rushed with us. The other ladies were helpful though.

B&G Slammer dish was awesome. You wouldn’t know it at first, but there’s a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit hiding under that pile of sausage gravy! It all comes together in a big, delicious comfort food bomb. Hash browns were some of the best diner potatoes I’ve ever had. Super light and crispy on the outside but not overcooked and burnt like at most places.

Went on a Sunday for breakfast. It was full and very busy. One of the girls offered us seats joining another group with a couple of extra chairs, so nice of her. A couple of seats at the counter opened up just then so we plopped ourselves down at the counter and proceeded to have great service great food, everything was very efficient and clean.

Scrambled eggs were hammered. Toast with strawberry rhubarb jam very good. Swiss omelet good but sausage gravy tasted like runny grits with crumbled sausage in it.
