Here at Amy’s & Cathy’s Takeout everything is made from scratch and baked inside our little kitchen. We have Soups of The Day which vary throughout the week. Desserts, Salads, Sandwiches, Chicken Salad, Tuna, Wraps and other yummy Menu Items proudly served by our excellent customer service employees. We get lots of positive feedback from our customers before they leave and they insist that you come in and try our homemade food. It’s very well worth it.

Me and my wife’s first visit The restaurant is small. We like quiet restaurants.very nice and attentive people running this place. Overall the meal portions could be bigger for the price all the sandwiches were very delicious and nicely prepared. What is missing is fresh fries to complement the food and the price. Bags of chips will not separate this restaurant from the other sandwich shops. Keep up the good work.

I had the chicken salad sandwich. It was delicious but a little messy. The chicken salad seemed a bit watery, but had great flavor. Food came out very fast. It was nice weather so I ate outside. All went well until 2 kids came zooming by on their bicycles. One of them actually hit the table near me. Will be back soon to try the Ruebin.

The chicken salad on a warm croissant is great. They don’t load the chicken salad with onions or lots of other crunchy stuff so it’s really tasty. The warm croissant is a nice touch. Lemon bars are homemade and outstanding. If you want a no foo foo tasty lunch – try this place. We go to Del Rio twice a year and always stop on our way from Houston. Fun Favorite.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I sure would! My boyfriend & I had the panini and the Central Park chicken salad. They were delicious, great food, awesome customer service. It was our first time here & we’ll definitely be back! Good job Amy & Cathy!!

I chose to get their chips and salsa as my side rather than pickles and chips, and i was very disappointed in the salsa because it looked and tasted like ketchup. If they make their salsa in house, it must be at least half ketchup. There’s no way the consistency can be the way it was if it was fresh.

Great place to get lunch here in Seguin. I wish this place was open more than 10am to 2pm. The sandwiches are delicious, the recipes are great and they use the best ingredients. The bread for the sandwiches is made in house and it is delicious. The ladies that take your orders and prepare your sandwiches provide excellent customer service and suggest items depending on what you like. I will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches. You are also able to place phone orders for pick up. One of the best restaurants I’ve been to here in Seguin. Highly recommended if you are just in town for business or passing by during lunch.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with a bag of chips. It tasted like a glob of mayo that had been put in a blender with very little chicken. Very disappointed and it costs $12.15. I have never seen one prepared like that.
