Been living here for most of my life and I FINALLY had an opportunity to stop in!

AJ makes fire sandwiches and the staff is kind and attentive. Cool artwork on the walls for sale!

Definitely gonna make this a regular place to visit!

Beautiful view to look at while sipping your coffee. My latte was absolutely delicious. Glad i made it to amy’s on my visit in Brattleboro. We also played a game of connect 4 here which we found on their shelf.

My favorite cafe in the Brattleboro VT area! Amy’s has the absolute best best BEST iced caramel lattes! They offer only 3 milk options, at first I was disappointed there hadn’t been an almond milk option but rather soy milk? And wow! The soy is amazing! The smoothness of the milk mixes wonderfully with the espresso and caramel flavor! I’m 99% sure the caramel is made IN HOUSE!!! They get extra points for that too! If you haven’t been already please do yourself the favor and go TODAY!!!!

After an exhilarating yet exhausting hike on a damp spring morning, there was no greater delight than wandering through the rustic streets of downtown Brattleboro and ducking into this artsy little cafe. I had Italian tomato soup, a delicious slice of French sourdough bread to soak up the soup, and a whimsically sweet snickerdoodle. The soup warms and re-energizes the weary spirit, and the views of the river are quite astounding. If you want a pure example of the essence that makes Brattleboro so captivating and bucolic, come here.

Was not expecting this but it probably one of the BEST sandwiches I’ve ever had, definitely in the top five for sure. Split the hummus veggie- sourdough bread was perfect, veggies were crisp and fresh and came with a feta garlic spread – the garlic was fresh and added a great spice. So glad we stumbled across this cafe!!

Food was nice, and the view out the back windows over the train tracks and river was very cool. The lady at the register was curt with all of her customers and seemed in a rather pissy mood

The dill cucumber gazpacho was amazing and refreshing. Asked them to put a scoop of their daily special dill chicken salad in the 1/2 avocado for a partner to the soup. Didn’t realize the 1/2 avocado also came with a good-sized side salad! Delicious, healthy and refreshing lunch with a lovely view of the river.

Some places use “Local” as a means for marketing. Amy’s lives and breathes local. In these dire and upsetting times, Amy’s brought a bit of hope back into my heart. It reminded me that humans can work for love and not just profit.

The Turkey Dagwood sandwich was also probably the single best sandwich I’ve ever had. Whoever decided to combine fresh cranberries, mustard, and mayo onto a turkey sandwich is either a genius or a saint. Maybe both.

Brilliant. It’s a five course dessert in a slice, appealing to every sense. My wife and I split this plate and barely finished, but didn’t need a drink of anything to finish comfortably. It was ready for pick up right when I asked and was packed delicately and transported 30+ miles for this photo. Also, those are real rose petals around the buttercream flowers.
