so we ended up ordering garlic naan 2.49 1 piece…aloo bonda…6.99. chicken chettinadu comes with rice 8.99 and chicken tikka masala 10.99.
The garlic naan. Omg it was so good and perfect for dipping in the masala sauce or just eating on it’s own. Had a wonderful garlic butter flavor. Very light…mmm..
The aloo bonda lightly fried potato dumplings it came with 5. Supposed to get a coconut chutney. I received 2 sauces but neither tasted like coconut. These were very good.
The chicken chettinadu curry had a great flavor but very spicy. It had a very rich flavor of spices. If you dont like spicy…dont get this…
The chicken tikka masala came with rice. Big chunks of chicken. The flavor was very good…spicy and buttery. I really enjoyed the spices in it…more than the chettinadu.
Overall…I would for sure come here again. I would like to try the butter chicken.
I saw they have a buffet. I may take my daughter to that so we can try a little of everything…I think that would have bern better…since we really dont know what we like.
If you like indian good or never tried…this food was very good…rich…spicy and wonderful flavor. My daughter and I both liked it a lot.
So the first time on list Idli Sambhar with chutni . My all time favorite was really good. Idli was soft and decent size and the sambhar was good. Although the red chutni was too sweet which i didn’t expected it to be.
Another item on my table was Gobhi Manchurian. Everything was okay but i really didn’t like the very tangy taste of gobi manchurian.
Next time on my table was Rawa Masala Dosa. The dossa was really soggy. Well the dough was not well fermented and trust me it had lot of cumins and pepper corns in it which was aweful to chew.
The best of all was the samosa which i never expected it to be so good as these are not dishes from south india. It was lovely.
The filter coffee was really good. We loved it.
Overall a decent experience. And these are not hate comments but i believe it could be better some day and i will revisit again.
