Masala nachos 7/10
Chicken tikka 10/10
Paneer Makhani 5/10 – tasted like ketchup very tangy and paneer was too hard
Daal Makhani 5/10 spices were very bland , felt like frozen madras lentils
Ambience was good and place was clean ! If you’re looking for authentic Indian you might not be impressed !
At 3:30, we were informed that they ran out of Mac and cheese. We did not get a single item until that point.
We then spoke to the waitress there and asked her to cancel the whole order. But they came back and committed that we would get our order in next 10 minutes.
The result is uncooked Mac and cheese, over spice fries, Bone dry Mandi and tasteless starters.
We complained again, they waived our one starter and Mac and cheese. But ultimately they charged $95 for the rest
My question is, when you can’t maintain quality and don’t respect time or you don’t value our hard earned money, what is it worth it ? You seriously can’t run business like this.
Finally we got out of the restaurant at 4:30pm. With my baby still feeling hungry. Worst !!!
3 other people walked out waiting for the order for more than 2 hours.
To make things worse, even after correcting their mistake, I was charged an extra $3 for the boneless Thai wings that I never ordered or ate. This is completely unacceptable.
I also ordered Donne Biryani, which was very disappointing. It had no flavor, and the rice was too watery. It did not taste fresh or well-prepared.
The overall service was very poor. No proper greeting, no checking in, and no basic customer service. For just two items, it took nearly two hours. There was no time management at all.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had this time.
However, the service afterward was extremely disappointing. Once our plates were empty, the staff did not clear the table, even though we had ordered many items and needed space. We tried calling the staff multiple times, but they acted as if they didn’t notice us. It felt like there was clear partiality, as we observed another table—apparently friends of the staff—being served promptly and attentively.
We also requested lemon/lime and were told it was unavailable, yet we saw lime being served to that other table. When we asked for our plates to be changed, one staff member responded rudely by placing three plates to the side of the table without considering the already limited space. The table remained cluttered with empty plates, making the dining experience uncomfortable.
I understand that the restaurant can get busy, but all customers should be treated equally. Clearing empty plates should be a basic responsibility, especially when staff are clearly serving new items and can see the table situation.
Additionally, the bill arrived very late even after multiple requests, which left us frustrated and impatient. Because of this delay, we did not feel comfortable pointing out that the promised 10% discount was not applied. On top of that, the bill was handwritten, which felt very unprofessional.
Overall, this was a regretful and unpleasant experience. Service standards like this can negatively impact the business, and I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously.
The biggest issue was the wait time. It took about 25 minutes for the food to arrive after placing the order, which felt a bit too long, especially for a casual dining experience.
Overall, I’d give it a 3 out of 5. There’s potential, but they need to work on both food consistency and speed of service.
