This place is amazing! The staff is always so pleasant and the food is so tasty. So far I have only tried the chicken tender platter and ranch but thats a favorite for sure. The tenders are decent sized and fried to perfection. The fries are out of this world. I hate cold fries, but these are still good even if you let them sit out. Kind of a hole in a wall place. Nothing fancy but good food, friendly service, clean and comfortable. We ordered chicken cheesesteak and cheese burger. We added mushrooms and fried onion to our orders. The fries were lightly breaded, very nice. Burger has two patties by default, delicious. Chicken cheesesteak was good too, lots of chicken and cheese. The whole thing was like $16.

This place is hot garbage now ever since it was sold off to somebody else. The pizza and wings are absolutely nasty and not to mention expensive for being garbage quality. This isn’t the first time we had this issue but this will definitely be the last time we go here.

I’ve been coming to Amore for years. Some months ago I started saucing my own wings from them. Seems like their wings started to get cooked hard so I asked them to not cook mine that way. My Mom had been having the same experience. I decided to just make my own wings instead. I love their canolli’s! The lady with the chest tattoo does them the best lol I think her name is Jen. I’ve been in there 3x to get them and seems as tho she hasn’t been there lately. The last 3x the middle has been completely empty. Last night I asked the young lady to make sure they’re filled all the way thru. I get down to dessert and here they are again empty in the middle. I called to advise and they apologized. Now I gotta either make my own or go somewhere else Their pizza is pretty good tho! One time I asked them to add onion to the sausage slice, but he said they were too busy. Nevermind then smh

We took my son and his friends here after his birthday party. It’s a small, cozy, little pizza spot in a little strip mall. It’s hard to miss as it’s not on a major highway, however it’s perfect for what I needed it for. It has a few booths in there and the staff were amazing. We were the only ones there at the time so it was obvious that they knew we were there for my son’s birthday, a pizza, etc. They asked if he wanted a couple slices of cake (said he would throw them in for free because it was his birthday) since we had already bought a cake we didn’t need the slices but the fact that they offered was really thoughtful. They even sang with us and clapped after he blew out his candles. The pizza was great too. I like the fact that it wasn’t like a big popular pizzeria. It seemed family owned because the pizza was that city type of pizza not like a papa John’s or domino’s pizza if that makes sense. Bottom line I would definitely recommend it.

Well, tried Amore’s tonight for dinner. Not impressed .
#1. Way too expensive for three subs and two orders of onion rings .
#2. Rather difficult to taste the sub because of the amount of mayo. .
#3. Honestly, I have had much better subs and onion rings from other establishments.
Not going back anytime soon. .
Lesson learned. .

Paid for a pizza at 830pm….. they never delivered it..and charged me for it .. Drove to restaurant and it was closed at 930pm even though they said 1000pm! Went next morning to get my refund and the cashier had a attitude like IT WAS MY FAULT. Asked for refund and realized she shorted me for the refund ! I dare them say im lying and was never given a reason why the pizza was never delivered!

I have been a fan of Amore Pizza for 18 years. Unfortunately today was my worse experience. I ordered takeout and numerous things were wrong with my order. I asked for my salad to be chopped (it was on the ticket) it was not. The Caesar salad, I asked for extra dressing (on the ticket) received none. Received no dipping sauce for the two orders of wings. I am upset because I gave a tip without checking my order, because I never had an issue in the past. They ask they I come back and they would fix my order. I live too far and the cost of gas driving back and forth is not worth the inconvenience. I am disappointed in the service. Amore was my go to place in Delaware when I get the “feels” for home.
