We took a little mini pizza tour with some friends up this way. This was the next to the last stop. We got the classic and then we ordered a different one that was supposedly a little bit thinner. We didn’t think it was much different between the too. This one had pretty good crisp, plentiful cheese, and flavorful sauce. Not thin crust style that we had, but it was definitely a solid place to go. It’s takeout only. They did apparently just build a little shelter with heat and a couple picnic tables, but it’s not a typical dining pizzeria that we visited at other spots today.

Amazing every time I eat from Amore the food keeps calling me back for more. I highly recommend eating here if you haven’t already. Honestly the best pizza I’ve had in decades. An absolute must stop in no matter if your a local or visiting from out of town. Amore is simply the best!

I went to Amore Pizza for the first time today, and let me tell you the pizza won’t disappoint! The sauce was full of amazing flavor, and whatever dough they’re using, they need to keep it going it’s delicious. The cashier, Daniel, was really nice and welcoming. The outdoor area is spacious, there’s a big parking lot, and the prices are just as impressive as the food. I’ll definitely be coming back more often!

Went here for the first time last night on a date night with the wife. Yes I am a lucky man when we both enjoy a great pie outside for a date! Firstly, the food is prepared surprisingly fast. The pictures of the pizzas above the ordering window are mostly described as crispy or thin or both- so many to choose from. My kinda place. The Italia had the perfect ratio of cheese and flavorful sauce with the kinda crisp/char I love on the edges. Hey if you like pizzas where you dont eat the crust, I don’t wanna hear it lol.
Heres my tip: Get the fries as well! I love fries as much as I love pizza and these were so crisp on the outside with the perfect amount of salt that I could have eaten them without the ketchup!
Cant wait to get back and deal with the nice problem of which style to try next!

We discovered this gem after getting a cut for my son which is right across the street. We noticed Portnoy gave the venue a review and they had a “bleeker” style pie which I always wanted to try.
Amore has now become a staple in our diet and the Bleeker is by far one of the best pies in NJ. The whole staff is amazing and now they finally have indoor seating! Can’t wait to go back.

I’m sorry but this pizza is incredible. Some of the best classic pan pizza and thin crust stuff you can find. Just had it yesterday and am still thinking of it. Jack, the owner, is a good dude — go get some!

I just went up to the order window but my two pizza slices came out in less than 3 minutes! I got the plain cheese slice and wow. For being just a plain cheese pizza slice it was DELICIOUS. Also it was only 7 bucks for two slices and a sprite. Will come again!

Decided to come in for a cheese pizza and was kindly greeted by Carlos. He was very nice and prepared my order right away. The inside of the store was small and cozy and there were covered tables outside along with an ordering window. The pizza tasted delicious. I had a great experience and can’t wait to try other flavors!

This review is solely about the cheeseburger—not the pizza. The pizza’s fine. I saw a photo of a cheeseburger with fluffy lettuce, ripe tomato, and a side of fries, so I decided to order that instead of my usual two slices. Big mistake.
When my order arrived, I was genuinely confused. The burger was buried under the fries, so small I thought they’d forgotten it entirely. It looked nothing like the picture—just one limp piece of lettuce and a paper-thin tomato slice that was barely there. The patty itself was dark, tough, and rubbery, like it had been fried yesterday and reheated in a microwave. I’m not sure what it was, but it didn’t taste like a burger. Honestly, it was worse than anything I’ve ever had from a fast food joint.
I wanted to return it, but didn’t want to cause a scene. I managed to eat about half before giving up and tossing it. Next time, I’ll stick with the pizza.
