My sisters and I came for my birthday tonight. We have been excitedly waiting for this restaurant to open. They did not disappoint. The staff here are very kind and attentive. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the food is delicious . We will definitely be back in the future.

We had such a lovely and amazing night trying out Amore Italian Restaurant & Bar for the first time!
We started with the house bread served with olive oil and herbs — warm, fresh, and the perfect way to begin. Also the Caprese was delicious and refreshing, with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze and olive oil — simple and full of flavor.
For dinner, we ordered the Tour of Italy, which was a fantastic choice — a perfect sampler with Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Every bite tasted homemade and comforting. We also had the La Primavera Chicken, sautéed zucchini, squash, bell peppers, asparagus, and broccoli with spaghetti pasta — light, flavorful, and beautifully balanced!
To finish the night, we enjoyed a classic New York Style Cheesecake, and it was the perfect sweet ending to an already wonderful meal.
The food was excellent, and we want to send a special greeting and thank you to the chef for such a delicious and well-prepared dinner. You can truly taste the care in every dish!
What truly made the experience special was the service. Our server, Milea, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of all evening.
It was such a great first experience, and we will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Amazing food and service! Leslie was our server and she was awesome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience anywhere. She was super knowledgeable on the menu and the wines she offered despite the restaurant only just opening a week ago. She made us laugh and made the night an absolute blast for my sister’s birthday.

We’ve desperately needed a good Italian place to rely on! We were able to get seated as a walk in with the place being really busy, service from the beginning was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful! Lamar was our server and he was amazing, friendly, attentive, and very helpful! We ordered the fried mozzarella and calamari for appetizers, both absolutely delicious, best calamari I’ve had in a while. The entrees were the Amore Chicken and I was undecided, so I went with the Tour of Italy. Amazing flavors, the Alfredo sauce itself is absolutely fantastic! For dessert we had lemon marscapone and it was light, fluffy, and flavorful! 10/10 experience, price really is too bad, and the service was excellent! Highly recommend! We will be back.

We went on Valentine’s Day to try something new. When we entered it didnt seem as upscale as we thought which was nice. I ordered the steak with potatoes and French fries. The French fries were good. The potatoes were okay. And the steak that was a ribeye and priced at $50+ was very thin and mostly fat. It was definitely not worth the price. My s/o got the arabarita it’s a chicken pasta. He stated it tasted like tuna. He only ate a few bites and then sent it back. We let the waitress know it didn’t taste like chicken and was very watery. We still ended up paying for all the meals but it was not worth the price we paid. The waitress was kind and wasn’t super busy but we did have to wait awhile on her. The atmosphere was cozy and very quaint.

My husband and I dined here on Valentine’s day. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Our waitress, Courtney, took amazing care of us. We noticed she had a lot of tables, and she still showed outstanding service. We will be back!

This is the best Italian in Springfield (in my and my husband’s opinion). We had Candice for a waitress and she was the sweetest thing, and very attentive! I ordered the Amore Chicken and the flavors married so well, and they had the best cheesecake I have ever had!!! 10/10 will go back!!

I cant give an accurate review of the food because we didnt have any. We went in for a reservation for the day after Valentines day. When we arrived they didnt have our reservation, but didnt need it because the restaurant was dead. The service was friendly but not what I expected from a restaurant like this. The menus were very dirty and had food smeared all over the inside. It took the server a significant amount of time to return with our drinks, but we found out it was because she was looking for lemons and they didnt have any. All of this I can push past easily, but they didnt have a working restroom. The service person told us it had been out since yesterday. I definately cant eat in a place without a working restroom, and am fairly sure its a illegal. If they get their bathrooms fixed I will consider giving the location a chance to showcase their food.
