Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, accurate, & delightful! We chose Amora b/c it offers a very small menu & environment looked peaceful after a long travel day. We visited in early March around 3pm on a Sunday afternoon & staff was as welcoming-joyful-generous as they might have been at a more normal dining time. A small neat restaurant with a cozy and modern atmosphere in the center of Paceville.
We ordered the Linguine Extravaganza and the traditional Maltese rabbit stew. The cream sauce of the linguine was a little bit bland so I had to add a lot of salt, while the steak strips served with it was really tender. The traditional rabbit stew was really interesting, I’ve never tried anything like that, yet it tasted absolutely delicious and the rabbit meat was cooked very tender. Would definitely order it again.
Overall, great experience, I would definitely recommend the traditional rabbit stew, but you wouldn’t order the Linguine Extravaganza if you didn’t like food that has no salt.

Best calamari I’ve ever had. The lobster ravioli is GOOD. Amazing music in the background. Great service. Might be a daily stop on my trip to Malta.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely dinner at Amore Restaurant in St Julian’s! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We loved the beef croquettes and mini burgers!!
For mains, we had the salmon and chicken, and honestly… amazingggg! Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area a perfect dinner or brunch spot!

Husband took me here for my 29th birthday. Lovely atmosphere and the food is amazing. The starter, mains and desserts, but also cocktails were perfect. Staff was lovely and service was great. We will go again if we are near St. Julian’s. Thank you for the lovely evening we had!

So glad we found this on our first night. Everything exquisite and great value for what you get. Starters of tuna and cheese puffs were great. The pasta main was perhaps one note but done beautifully. The one to get of ours was the linguine with steak – so tender and wonderful value again. The signature cocktails also deserve mention – lots of depth in the flavours. Lovely calm atmosphere too, would be great on a date night. Attentive service throughout – particularly Christian who was delightful. Definitely recommend!

The restaurant was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing! Bathrooms were nice but could be cleaner. The food option was really small and very complicated for children. At the end the food was pretty good and everyone was happy. Also a plus is that there’s sometimes singers, so we got to get up and dance to the music. Really recommend coming here if you’re not a picky eater and want to listen to live music.
