Truly an amazing experience. This type of eating is completely unknown to me and it is fun, tasty and well worth a visit. The atmosphere is friendly and scaled down. Staff amazing and wants you to have a great time. Chef prepared a surprise dessert for us. And many special thanks to Amo for hosting and treating us like family.
No beer/wine, that’s ok and maybe fits perfectly for a Thursday night. I recommend the shrimp and shellfish, although the fish and chips looked wonderful and our neighbours seemed to get some off menu items (what was that??).
Anyway. Very much recommend this place, a new concept that must be tried.

We visited Amo Seafood and ordered the Deluxe Hink . It was good and tasty — the seafood was fresh and well-cooked, though not perfect. The tomato sauce was flavorful and paired well with the seafood.
The lemonade was okay, but a bit too sugary for our taste. Overall, it was a nice experience with good vibes, but there’s still room for improvement in both flavor balance and drink options.
Worth a try if you’re in the mood for seafood in Stockholm!

I liked the quality of the seafood, the generous portions, the amazing sauce, the no-nonsense menu and the nice personnel. Hard work clearly went into our meal, another example is the great homemade lemonade when most other restaurants would have served a basic industrial soda instead. Is it messy? Yes. Do you need to think about rearranging your seating to optimize the way you will share the food? Yes again. In some way, you need to leave behind the concept of lagom when you enter the place, but you do so in all the best and most delicious ways. Very happy to find this kind of restaurant around Stockholm. Wishing Amo success and we will be coming back!

I really don’t know how this place has 4.9 stars- it’s probably all friends and family.
I normally wouldn’t bash a small business especially when they are minorities too but this has to be by far my worst dining experience EVER.
I told the owner I wanted crab legs and shrimp only for me, my little sister and my 13 year old son and did not want too much food because we can’t take it back to the hotel. Not only was the seafood cold, it also lacked any real seasoning and was definitely WAS NOT CAJUN. He also said he was going to give us the medium 2-3 person deluxe hink but replace the rest of the seafood in there with crab legs but to our surprise all we got was undercooked shrimp and cold crab legs.
We had to get our own waters, no one checked on us mid meal and our hands were too dirty to refill our drinks. We basically force fed each other what we could because of the outrageous price we were paying.
We all felt sick on the way home- I’m not sure if it was the food or just the bumpy ride home. Either way I will never recommend this place to anyone. When I confronted him about how he overcharged and underdelivered, he offered to give me back 200sek after he charged my card $2300sek for 2 adults and a kid for shrimp and crab legs LOL. I told him to keep it.

Delicious food and the loviest service ❤️ had a lovely evening and highly recommend it !!! We had the shrimp and mussels for two people and had some left to take home with us
