Everything as good as advertised! I never got to try the one in Sterling Heights so I was pleased it came downriver. The swarms have plenty of meat, this isn’t a chipotle situation, and you feel you get your money’s worth. I’m not a big fan of a lot of garlic on most swarmas but this was different and didn’t bother me it’s mixed with a spicy something that works! Get the Amo. Get the meat beef one. The bread is the star of course and sets them apart, excellent but word of caution this is not a lunch time car swarma! Your hands and the seasoning will be all over the place so eat where you can enjoy in the dirty way it needs to be!

I was so excited when I heard this opened near me. I’ve been meaning to go in for a minute, finally the other night I went and this is literally the best shawarma I have ever had hands down. Also the man working gave me a free piece of cheesecake which made my whole night because I was having a horrible day so 10/10 service and food. I’ve told everyone I know to try this place since!

DELICIOUS! We literally just walked out after eating here. This place is absolutely delicious. I got the chicken shawarma. My brother got the falafel. We both enjoyed our sandwiches. I’d say 10 out of 10!!

A couple of friends and I made the drive from Cleveland up to Southgate to try Amo Sami’s Shawarma, and I have to say it was absolutely worth the trip.

We ordered a few different items to try a variety of things, and everything we had was 100% delicious. The flavors were amazing, everything tasted fresh, and you could tell a lot of care went into the food. Honestly, every single thing we ordered was on point.

Amo Sami — there was only one small disappointment. When we saw the advertisement, the sign said “tips for a dance.” When we got there, unfortunately, there was no dance for a tip. I definitely feel like this should become a real thing because it would make the experience even better!

But on a serious note, the food was so good, and the trip was completely worth it. We will definitely be making the drive again and bringing the family next time so they can enjoy it too. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re anywhere near the area!

I stopped by Amo Samis in southgate and I ordered the chicken shawarma and fatoush Sami the food was so great I also ordered some fries they were hot and crispy I never tried the corn ribs before all the food was delicious and the wait time was only like 10 minutes I love the food and will definitely go back

Who says newer isn’t better? I had the best shawarma experience of my life at this new location of Ammo Sami’s. I was used to the Dearborn location which was great but this new location is just fresh and much more convenient for me. And the staff is unbelievably pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work guys. You have a customer for life! 10/10
