Our first visit here and I was Hallyday with our food. I like how they had fried shrimp on the buffet.

Hands down the best place I have ever eaten. I used to come here with a ladies group from church years ago and despite having been gone from 15 years, today it did not disappoint. The quality of food was phenomenal, the abundance is unmatched, and the special peanut butter spread for dinner rolls was so memorable, that is what ultimately made me return. Their special graham cracker crust pudding dessert is amazing, even with the new price, the amount and variety of food is one of a kind. Everything here is top notch!!! Even fondly approved of by a nephew with autism who is quite a picky eater, he said he liked the macaroni and cheese and “how soft it was”.

Top notch service and attention to every little detail. The suite was gorgeous, clean and cozy. I didn’t want to leave. We had a beautiful view of the countryside with horses. I will be coming back, next time in the summer.

We have been dining here for many years and we based our first visit on a Trip Advisor review. We were surprised by the sparse number of guests dining last Tuesday for lunch. Many times in the past we had to wait in line to be seated. As we entered we also noticed the upstairs gift shop had closed. We were escorted to our table and reviewed the menu. The food selections were the same as in the past, the prices were not. The menu price is $16.49 for a three piece chicken dinner, with a salad bar $5.49 and beverage 2.99. One meal will set you back almost $25.00. We opted to skip the salad bar. For me $25.00 is an expensive lunch. We ordered three dinners plus a kids meal. The broasted chicken didn’t seem to be as meaty as in the past. We ordered breaded mushrooms and onion rings as sides.

If you haven’t been to Amish Door lately, you need to go back like I did. It used to be I wasn’t at all happy with their food or prices. I had an occasion to eat their recently & I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, service was great (as it always has been) and the prices have come down to a local person’s level instead of tourist prices. I was really happy about this as Amish Door had always been one of my favorites. I would recommend you give it a try!

I went with a large group of 23 people and the tables were already set up and ready for us. The servers were very friendly and efficient. We all had different meals, some people enjoyed the salad bar and many of us chose meals from the many choices on the table menus. Wonderful food and service

Went to have the Father’s Day buffet. They had brisket and ribs so the price was $25.99 per person. They we good but they added chicken and fried shrimp along with some of their normal sides. In my opinion it was not worth the extra cost. Then with a $55 bill I went to use my credit card and was going to have to pay an extra 3% fee. Raise food prices I understand but can’t you do anything for your customers? Don’t know if I will go back!
