Short version:
Hidden Gem Alert! This place is all about FLAVOR. They are masters of herbs and spices, while keeping it healthy. The combination of good food and good vibes left me feeling truly energized! Seek this place out!
Long version:
Stopped by today for a late lunch, the area outside looked a little sketch, not going to lie, but upon walking in I thought they were having a reception going on, the place is so pretty and well decorated! For sure a good spot for a girls lunch date! Met the owners, and oh gosh, they are some of the nicest people I’ve met in all of SC, they made me feel instantly welcomed. Spent some time talking to them, and I love their mission to get more healthy food options in the area. No high fat, nothing fried, no artificial coloring, no GMOs, etc, they just let the fresh food shine. They are very vegetarian and vegan friendly too. They’d be making a killing out in L.A. or Portland, I’m not sure the “deep fried South” is giving them all the love they deserve, which is too bad as the food is fantastic! The stir fry with noodles, I just couldn’t stop eating it, it was so delicious! Unique flavors, something different, which I love. I licked the bowl clean! They have fresh juices made when you order. And a spiced carrot cake that was just Mmmm. If you want to remember what actual food that is both good and good for you tastes like, then this is the place!

Wow just Wow !! I ordered the Oxtail because I love Oxtail, this is the best tasting Oxtail I’ve ever had in my blessed life. The flavor was amazing a flavor like no other! I asked for rice and beans for one of my sides I also asked for Cabbage for my second side incredible taste!! I was hungry from a long day at work so I ordered the Mac and cheese with pepperoni Yes! Mac and with Pepperoni’s what an explosion of flavors!! I didn’t know that was possible You can tell the food is cooked with so much love ❤️ a lot goes into preparing this food the taste is just so authentic, organic and definitely healthy!! Speaking of healthy they make their own all Natural juices like Beets, Papaya, Hibiscus, Passion Fruit and so many more. Some of the juices come with Ginger Carrots Apples and other secret ingredients . This place is perfect for the whole family. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful! The food portions were more than enough I was blessed to meet the amazing couple that bring this food life to our souls. Such a power couple I’ll definitely will be back with the whole Fam. I’m a customer for life!! Make sure you guys check them out!! Union South Carolina is blessed to have them in their City

Maaaannnnnn, I love this place. They make international food. It’s a very small mom & pop shop. Their hospitality is very welcoming.

I was skeptical at first, but the moment I was approached I felt welcomed! I was assured that the food is cooked as ordered and made fresh. I ordered the beef soup. OMG when I say delicious, I mean it! So much favor! My stomach have been upset and I didn’t have a taste for anything but I knew I needed to eat something to keep my energy up. I picked a great choice, this soup opened me up to eat MORE! A must try. I forgot to take a picture when I first received my order but I believe you understand lol

I just had their food for the first time today and it was *amazing*. Definitely my new favorite spot in Union. I had the smoked turkey wings with a veggie mix (cabbage and carrots) and rice and beans. Pear cake and the hibiscus and ginger drink. The service was great, the lady took my order over the phone and took the time to walk me through the options. All her recommendations were on point and absolutely delicious. I’m gonna try their other dishes next time.

Wow is the word that comes to mind when thinking of the delicious food, the reasonable prices for such quality foods and yummy healthy juices, not to mention the conversation with the beautiful husband and wife who own the place; they’re five stars and much more. The owner truly care about people, the used only olive oil, they don’t fry food, they grilled and bake. They have all type of healthy tea, their food oh!! Their food are heavenly taste, people in union, do not have no clue what they are missing out, they need to be re-educated about healthy food, because AMINAH’S got it.
