I have been to Amigo’s several times. Each time, the staff have offered great service, the food has been beyond yummy, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

Service was great. Place is a little run down but quaint. My son had the chimichangas and he said they were good. I had the shrimp cocktail. I’ve been craving a good Mexican Shrimp cocktail for a while but this did not satisfy the craving. Not much flavor in the sauce and the shrimp was a little tough. Menu was extensive.

The service was quick and friendly and the wait for food after ordering was not very long. I ordered the Acapulco tacos and OMG. They are to die for. The rice and beans were full of flavor. My fiance got the chimichanga and it was awesome and crunchy and perfect.
This was out first time in Bishop and I’m glad we chose Amigo’s for lunch as we passed through. The good reviews are so true. We will definitely make a point to route back through Bishop to eat here again.
