Omg! Lubbock Texas this is the place to come! We had the barbacoa and it was neither greasy nor dry. The salsa had a nice kick to it. Felt like we were eating a home-cooked meal made by our mothers. My husband had Carne guisada and let me tell you, it was so darn good. The rice wow! Better than mine. This is the real deal.. Extremely authentic!! The father/owner does all the cooking! Must come out and not only that support our Local community! Yes, I’ve been eating it. Lol

The food was hot, fresh and so tasty. It felt like going to my aunts house as a kid with fresh homemade tortillas and authentic mexican food. This was our first time here and can’t wait to come back and try other items. Michelle our server was fantastic and Chevo the owner/cook makes it fresh made to order and is the best! Thank you!!

⚠️CAUTION ⛔️ The food was great and so was the service until the following day when I noticed that my debit card was up charged after we had left a cash tip on the table. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who blamed the waitress. She never apologized, her tone of voice was shaky and nervous . The owner did not bother to get on the phone to address the problem either. Now I feel like I need a new card. Who’s to say my debit card wasn’t written down for personal expenses.

Very good food. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Everything I had was good. This place is open when others are closed so that’s a plus also. My new favorite burrito place in Lubbock. Owner is very friendly and so is the nice lady who takes your order. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already.
