Really disappointed! I always get the chicken works nachos, no refried beans with spicy sauce on the side and this is what I got tonight. There’s refried beans on it, it’s missing all the toppings that make it “the works”. My spicy sauce was red water. Such a let down!! This was NOT worth the $10+ I paid for it!

Disgusting, I called and complain about my kids ice cream and they told my husband / Beyonce that they don’t know when they make it. And then I called after a few hours and they told me then they made it fresh daily. If they make it fresh daily it shouldn’t have a moldy piece in the middle here you can see in the picture. Will never hear ever again and it’s very disgusting I advise no one to eat here either unless you want to die or get sick.

Went there 7-25-2021 ordered food got food. Tater tots so burnt hard to chew. Ordered cheesy’s for my girls not warmed up at all just shredded cheese. Every time I go there no matter when I go something is always messed up and wrong. Worst amigos in Lincoln.

I placed an order for lunch two hours prior and when I got there they didn’t have my food ready. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I found that very inconvenient especially if I placed my ordered two hours ago and they weren’t busy. My order should’ve been ready to go. I open my bag of food and see this. I paid $20 for lunch and this how they do me. I’m genuinely asking, would the employees eat this? Would management eat this mangled meal? 20% of the meat was left in the taco, while 80% was in my bag on top of my ice cream and other food. I got to eat fries with taco meat, grease, lettuce, cheese, all over it for the price of $20! Thank you ruining my Thursday lunch.

This amigos is terrible. They don’t care what you order whatever is out is what they serve you. Hot or not. The cheese you can tell has been sitting for days and they just keep reheating it. Then when I asked for a large Mexi fry I had literally 10 tator tots. This place is sad and won’t ever get my business again. Worst amigos ever!

Decent food, but not a great atmosphere to sit down. I was there just before 6pm and the tables weren’t wiped down. Also the trash was full and someone left a cleaning towel in the soda fountain.

Food is usually typically always good here, just depends on the day and the staff that’s working. And for being fresh, nothing is really fresh from anywhere anymore. Except for Wendy’s of course. But, last night we went to this amigos to go get food for our two children which are six and four and ourselves as adults. My daughter tried eating their ice cream this morning or today and it still tastes like Christmas ice cream meaning that the flavor is still peppermint. It was just St Patty’s Day yesterday which would mean that that would mean green ice cream or at least the sprinkles to be green, am I wrong? But, I just called them not even 20 minutes ago and the lady what is acting stupid to wear I called and she didn’t understand what I meant by asking her how old the ice cream was. So, the food I would still write it as a three, but the service would be completely a one. So, I would not believe really a whole lot of anything that they feed you. And after last night and today with the ice cream we are not going to be going to this location anymore. If not, we may never go to amigos ever again.
