LUIS!!! One of the kindest workers I’ve crossed paths with in the food industry in a long time. He was patient & explained their menu. I added Crispos late at the pay window & they were forgotten. Luis offered to bring them out to my car, genuinely apologized, and even added an extra handful of Crispos. Such a sweet worker, deserves a raise!

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident I witnessed at your location. Upon pulling up to the service window, I observed an employee, a young woman with dreadlocks, taking a shot of liquor in plain view. This is not the first time I have noticed her under the influence while on the job.
Such behavior is unprofessional, unsafe, and reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. I believe this matter should be addressed promptly to ensure a safe and professional environment for both employees and customers.

Every time I visit Lincoln this exact location on 14th/Hwy 2 is the first place I eat, as I lived near there in the past. Always a 10/10 experience, and every other Amigo’s in Lincoln I’ve been to is the same. The soft tacos are the reason I go, but the rest of the menu is great too.

Visited 12-26-2024 @ 6:56 pm If I could give below a one star I would. Came in and spent $32 on 4 Crisp meat burritos, two cheesy burritos and a large Diet Pepsi. And three ranches. I pull ahead and check my bag and there is no ranch. I pulled back around to the speaker and I inform the lady working that I did not get my ranches and she said no problem. Pull ahead to the window. There was a car waiting For food. Seems like what took forever. I pulled ahead when they pulled off and guess what nobody out the window. I had to wait for the guy sitting on his phone to finally look up after I honked multiple times. He finally gets my ranch. I get all the way back to Beatrice , and guess what my Crisp meats end up being crisp chickens . I tried calling the number for the store on South 14th and no answer. Very frustrating!

Totally “American” Mexican food. But if you get the daily special the price is reasonable. The ranch is outstanding, but the price of the ranch continues to go up and the portion size continues to go down.
