It was my first experience with the Amigos brand of American Mexican fast food. Beef Crisp and Chicken Crisp were very good. Chicken Crisp is better when paired with ranch cheesy sauce and the Beef Crispy can stand on it’s own. The tots were a little too salty for me and my kids didn’t like the cheesy roll-up but my kids don’t like any flavor. Service was fast and the place was clean.

I used to find Amigo’s/KC as average. Not worth going outta your way for but good if you were right there. But in recent years i feel they’ve become 1 of the best fast food restaurants in the area. Every other fast food place has declined in quality & service, on a whole, in my opinion. But Amigo’s/KC has vastly improved. The bacon ranch king burger is maybe my favorite burger from a fast food joint now. Definitely best place in Auburn to get a quick burger.

Order came quickly. It was a “to go” order. They forgot two of our items. I ordered 2x extra meat on works nachos and was charged $1 extra for it, but didn’t get ANY extra meat! I am normally a regular customer. However, I am going to think twice before returning.

The staff always have filthy uniforms. The floor is sticky and dirty. The beef they use tastes like it came out of a can. I gave it two stars though because the crisp chicken burritos, chicken soft tacos and mexi-fries are good.

Amigos food is always great. We stopped in here as it seemed to be the first Amigos we could find on a road trip between St. Louis, MO and Columbus, NE. The staff was great. The place was small inside, but still big enough for their needs.

Why do you continue to use day old biscuits? Last time I brought them back and got a new order of biscuits/gravy. So this time I order, I request fresh biscuits. One was not as hard as the other. I was told after the first time this happened (yes, this has happened numerous times) that they bake biscuits fresh every morning but then another worker told me that they do use up any left from day before first. I don’t want day old biscuits!

Very disappointing! The meat was greasy and very clearly microwaved. The Mexi fries were barely cooked. The chips and cheese at all of the Amigos restaurants we have visited, includes enchilada sauce. This particular order was supposed to have meat on it. It was missing both the meat (extra charge $) and enchilada sauce. Ordered a side of ranch and did not receive it. Only car in the drive thru and waited forever. Went back inside to get order fixed and waited for about 15 minutes inside.
We were looking forward to eating at Amigos because the one in Beatrice closed down many years ago. This was a huge let down and we likely will never return regardless.

Staff made all the differance, food was good for fast food. I ordered the nachoes, they were ok and didnt make me sick. The cashier was friendly and informative. Thats like finding a unicorn now a days. I feel if the food is good and service is good, you should be happy.

I enjoy stopping at this Amigos while working in Auburn. The food is good, and the coffee is great. I enjoy the employees who call me by name. Barbie is an amazing presence for your establishment.

Friendly. Stopped in for coffee, which was fair, with real cream.
Bathroom is dirty, not gross but in need of a good scrubbing from top to bottom as the commode and walls were stained. Soap dispenser not working.
I might stop in again for ice cream or a beverage, and would think twice before eating a meal.
Parking can be a little tight.
