Where do I start!!? I hail from Pilsen in Chicago… I love my Mexican food. When I moved to Chattanooga I figured I would just have to do without my favorite food. I lived here for a year and a half and the craving got the better of me and I had to act on it!!! I found this place by Google searching saw this place had great reviews and had to try them. I had the best experience, service and food I couldn’t believe how wonderful this place was and was a mere 5 minutes from me all along!!! I enjoyed it so much me and my man went back the next day and had the fajitas for 2…. When I say the amount of food that arrived at the table could have fed a family of 6 is NOT an understatement, I have food for an entire week! Oh and BTW they have happy hour where margaritas are buy one get one from 3-9!!!!!! I can’t rave about this place enough! Philippe was my terrific host the first night we had his son host us the second, they were so attentive and never far away when we needed anything! If your wanting delicious food you MUST try this place! You’ll walk away stuffed and satisfied and not feel like your wallet was robbed.

I come here with my grandparents all the time and love it, i always get the polo loco which is my go to when I go to any Mexican restaurant but this one’s different the first time I went there I was going to another Mexican restaurant with my grandparents but it got very expensive but this one has perfect prices and when I first had there food it was much better than the rest the service was decent it took a little while to get our drinks and cheese but it got there somewhat fast, the polo loco is amazing but the only thing I don’t love about it they don’t put much chicken in there but other than those few things I love this place and would recommend it to everyone

Server didn’t offer refills on drinks or to go drinks. Also never asked if food was ok. Tipped anyway but would have been a larger tip with better service. Tip is based on service….chips were all broken like leftovers, had to ask for better chips…

The food was delicious and the staff is very friendly. Nice atmosphere. I had chicken fajitas and we ordered chicken quesadilla and burritos. The portions were huge. We loved the quesadilla and fajitas but burrito was alright. They also serve nachos with salsa complimentary. Prices were reasonable.

Food is always good, been eating at the amigo on Brainerd rd and Ringgold Road for over 20 years. The chips are always near perfect, the cheese dip is never watered down. The food is always fresh and delicious. For some reason thier tea is amazing, I’ve always wondered what brand of tea they use. Either way, you will not be disappointed. I usually eat the chicken chimichanga or the polo Loco which is rice and chicken smothered with cheese dip and you place it into a soft tortilla and eat it like a burrito.
