The subs are delicious, the restaurant is clean, but most of all the staff is super friendly. Tyquan is the absolute best!!! He is often overheard remembering customers orders, and is someone who truly enjoys his job. His humor and kindness are memorable.

I have loved Amiels for a really long time but this last pick up order really bothered me. I got the “Choose 2” with capicola and salami and my friend got the Italian assorted. The bread was stale and hard (not the soft, chewy bread I love) and there was so little meat on both sandwiches, it was truly like eating a bread and condiment sandwich. So disappointing.

I didn’t like it. I kept questioning whether or not the roast beef was fresh. They no longer have any sandwich item on the sandwich menu. They only have the subs. The cheddar cheese was like nacho cheese in a squeeze bottle and didn’t look good at all. The roast beef didn’t taste or look good. It tasted like pate wet cat food in a can that I feed my cats and smelled like it too. The place is dirty including the bathroom. The plumbing is still that of 1920. Backed up and didn’t flush well. All the fancy word lights inside didn’t work like the word sign “bakery” for example. I wouldn’t eat there again. The workers were very friendly. I liked how they took their time with each customer. Making for a long wait but the attention is very nice. One worker even made sure the table was clean for us offering to clean it if it wasn’t.

My Meatball sub was packed full and delicious but my wife’s turkey sub was basically just bread. Very little meat.

Very glad Aimee’s is a part of our lives here in Rochester. Nothing better than a roast beef sub with cheese sauce and shaved onions on a sesame seed bun. It’s like an Arby’s beef and cheddar but WAY BETTER. One of the best places to get lunch or dinner and I will keep eating there until I die.

Famous for their tuna sub, sub rolls and hot peppers. I will travel for 25 miles just to pick one up. Also meatball subs are really good. Sure the rest are too but I have been so happy with those in all the 50 years I’ve been getting them I just get those

A solid 4-star. First visit and it took me a minute to hone in on what I wanted. Went with a large Buffalo Chicken-A-Miel with hot peppers and extra buffalo sauce. After my first bite my sinuses opened right up and I knew then I was in store for one delicious sub. Great selection of glass bottled drinks….. think Hank’s Root-beer. Save room for a cookie.

After having a sub-par sandwich from another place where the roast beef tasted more like corned beef, decided to try Amiels. A sandwich from Amiels with dressing and honey mustard tasted absolutely fantastic. Nice and meaty, like I wanted. Great sandwich at a good price!

First visit to Amiels. Purchased large 9” Oven roasted turkey sub. .No meal deals. Food was good for the price. Girl was very friendly and polite.

While Anderson Creamery might hold the title for the “legendary” roast beef, Amiel’s still delivers a great sandwich, especially when you factor in the convenience of its location for those in the Henrietta area.
