I visited this place months back with a friend. I’m so glad we went because it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. I just went back for the first time yesterday (I live about an hour and a half away) and I just REALLY hope the locals are not taking this place for granted and it’s getting the support and love it deserves. Yesterday, we got the veggie pizza, bread sticks and a few of the mini pizzas! Everyone loved their picks.
The pizza is so juicy, the crust being hand made is to die for and it’s also very good cold!
I plan to make the trip over every now and then!

First time we came we got a deep dish pizza and it wasn’t that good. Came back to give them another try and we got the hand toss pizza which was my favorite and the thin crust and it was really good!! Very quiet place which is perfect for me. Definitely with a try.
Update: They have a pickle pizza, that you need to try!! Substitute the garlic sauce for regular pizza sauce. Trust me! The best pizza I’ve had here I literally tried everything!!

Hate to complain when it’s decent pizza but for the price of your pizza and toppings this is ridiculous to have 1 piece of sausage on a whole slice 2nd time it’s happened gave first one a slide to see if it happened again $2.75 a topping and look how little jalopenos you can buy a pound of jalopenos for $1.65 unfortunately we won’t be back $56 for a X-Large sausage jalopenos a medium chicken white sauce spinach and order of breadsticks….

We just ordered from Amici’s which is new in Plainfield. We are adventurous people with new places that show up.
This place knocked us out. The pizza was so fresh. We ordered the pickle pizza, which we never had before, and it is really darn delicious! We also ordered the Caribbean pizza, which was our absolute favorite.
I really hope they maintain the quality they have going on. I highly recommend them.

Ordered off the menus listed from the Google Reviews. Definitely don’t do that.
The prices have increased quite a bit. Even the prices on their website are lower than what they actually are. So when I ordered an xl meat lovers and a large sandwich and it was $44 for me to pick it up I was pretty shocked.
The restaurant looks like it’s falling apart inside. The TV’s that use to have the menu displayed don’t work, restroom was out of order, soda machine had flavors out of order. Supplies on the counter for customer dining in were very low, you can tell they’re hardly used.
Just looks very run down from the old Fox Pizza days.

First timers here and this place is right down the street from us in our neighborhood.
-Online ordering was easy for us (my wife ordered and I picked up)
-Pick up was easy peasy
-Place was clean and well kept
-Cashier was friendly
-Parking lot is easy going
-Pizza was a half sausage and half steak n cheese , cut party style, Thin crust was a bit crispy, overall taste was ok.
We would not rule this place out for another try and I’d recommend giving them a shot

Initially we ordered the Breadsticks, and we were impressed by the crispy exterior and soft and pillowy interior. A good amount of seasoning, and the dipping sauces, cheese and marinara, were delicious. We thought, based on the Breadsticks, we were going to have amazing pizza. Sadly, the pizzas did not meet our expectations. We were dining in, and unsure why the pizzas were brought to the table in pizza boxes. Very strange because the pizzas could have been served on a pizza tray, and saved the boxes for take-out and deliveries. The dough on each of the pizzas was too thick, doughy, and couldn’t find the crust. By the looks of the underside of the pizza it looks like it was baked on a plate which prevented the dough from being baked properly. The cheese pizza had a nice balance of red sauce and cheese. The Margarita pizza’s base garlic sauce made the dough slimy, and the tomatoes should be cut smaller. Because of the large slices of tomatoes they kept sliding off the pizza. Either cut the tomatoes smaller or put them on top of the cheese, and use a red instead of garlic sauce. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza had far too much Ranch sauce, and made it unpleasant to eat. Next time put the Ranch sauce on the side, and add more Buffalo sauce on the chicken. The desserts we ordered were delicious, but unsure why they were brought to the table at separate times because we ordered them at the same time. The Brownie Pie was fudgy and so delectable. Then the Cinnamon Sticks were brought to our table, and had a wonderful scent of cinnamon. They tasted even better with the drizzle of powdered sugar. Not the pizza experience we were expecting.

My husband called the store this evening because the online ordering system indicated there were no available pickup time slots for today. Since it was approximately one hour before closing, he called to ask if he could place an order over the phone.
The employee who answered stated, “We close at 9.” My husband confirmed that it was 8:00 p.m. and asked again if he could place an order if he arrives within the next 30 minutes (we live in Indianapolis). After a long pause, the employee replied, “Sure?”
While the order was ultimately accepted, the interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. We decided not to place an order because of her poor communication and customer service.

We ordered a calzone. Had the typical wait time. The owner came out apologizing that it was made wrong. He refunded the money and remade it for free. It turned out delicious as always.
During our wait, we overheard a delivery person explain that he was shorted money for a delivery. The owner told him he would take care of the shortage as well as his shorted tip.

Took my granddaughters to the movies and Hummel Park yesterday afternoon and decided to pick up pizza to take home. Wanted to try somewhere new so I Googled pizza in the area, scrolled thru and saw Amici Pizzeria. Pics looked good so we ordered pick up. First impression upon opening the restaurant door was the most amazing smell. Second was a peek at the most beautiful delicious appearing pizza I have ever seen. Third was getting home and all 3 of us in awe over the taste. And lastly I just heated some up in the toaster oven for dinner tonight and it was just as delicious as fresh from the restaurant. We had thin crust, extra red sauce, extra cheese and crumbled sausage on half.
I was impressed and will be back soon. Yum!
