Always enjoy the experience here. 4 of us ordered the XL Meat Eater Pizza and it was a perfect amount. Their onion rings were nice thin and crispy.

Delicious pizza. A little pricey. Inside the restaurant gets loud due to the open floorplan and uninsullated warehouse aestetic. We had really good service. The server was friendly and helpful with a sense of humor. It was an enjoyable dinner experience for the four of us. I would like a few more booths rather than tables where I feel like I’m on display in the center of the restaurant.

Food was cold. My wings were warm near the bone, but that’s it. Multiple people had cold food. We were a party of 12. Poor management of cooking for a big party.
There was a smell of bleach/musk that kept coming around, messed with the atmosphere.

New brunch Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm. We went for Mother’s Day. Such a pleasant variety of items for brunch. I loved how they’ve tied it back into the basics of Amici! Breakfast pizza (with egg!) breakfast wraps, bowls, and some other unique items (Grannies Sammie). We didn’t try everything but what we did was really good. I loved that I was able to add veggies to my breakfast bowl! Oh…and the Mimosa’s were great too!

Let’s see they burnt my canzone and did not tell me until the they brought everyone else’s food came out. So everyone was eating and then 15 minutes later my food came out when everyone was done. Then it was under cooked. The wait staff was short and rude. They never even asked me if it was ok with me, or if the food was any good.

Lately the food and service have been Terrible!! Uneditable!! Undercooked food or cold food is the new normal! Things that used to be served are not anymore, frozen meat that used to be fresh. Drink mixers that are terrible are being used instead of fresh fruits. Corporate has ruined Thai location. I’m not sure why or what they have planned but right now we can tell by the attendance it will not be around much longer which is sad being it has always been a home town favorite for locals and fellowship, due to Amicis being so terrible locals are being forced to eat else where and move their business. I would think they would have had a better plan for this restaurant!

Amicis is predictable. Food is the same at Monroe and Madison. Service was great. Seating is kind of odd and not super comfortable. Restroom was rough. No toilet paper in most stalls, trash overflowing.
