It was well worth the wait! When we arrived the place was totally packed and we had to wait about 25 minutes for a table. During that time I watched as the manager went around and helped all the staff. He assisted the hostess, the waitress, and helped bus tables. He also reassured the people waiting for tables and kept us updated on the status of the tables. I watched the busser clean each table thoroughly as they emptied and I was able to confidently sit at the table when our turn came without worrying about anything being dirty.
Our waiter, John, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The restaurant was totally packed and we had to wait a few minutes for our drinks but I don’t think it was too long considering how busy it was. I could see all the staff working very hard and working together smoothly and the timing between the water, our drinks, the bread, the appetizer, and our meal was completely fair. For drinks we got strawberry Italian sodas and they were delicious! It looked so inviting I even forgot to get a photo! And it tasted as good as it looked!
My prime rib and pesto were absolutely amazing! The prime rib was cooked perfectly and I think that was the best pesto I’ve ever tasted! I tried a bite of my husband’s fish and chips which was also delicious; the tartar sauce is outstanding! My son loved his chicken parmesan and my daughter loved her alfredo.
For dessert we all shared a tiramisu and a lemon creme cake, both of which were delectable!
Also, I have a shellfish allergy that I neglected to mention to our waiter and I tried a bite of everyone’s food and had no problem so I’m guessing the kitchen staff take care not to cross contaminate. Bravo!
Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend Amici to anyone! I’m so glad we decided on this place and we will definitely be back

My wife and I came across Amici Italian Eatery while out in Graham and decided to stop in for an early dinner. It was mid-afternoon, and although there were several tables of guests, we were seated right away.
The decor was clean and fresh with a warm Italian vibe—soft lighting, wood accents, and the kind of atmosphere that immediately feels inviting. Our server was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing.
Looking through the menu, it was clear this was a true authentic Italian restaurant, with a wide range of homemade dishes and sauces. While I was tempted by the pizza (which looked incredible), I went with the Scossa Bolognese — penne pasta with Italian sausage, black olives, red onions, and spinach, all tossed in a rich Bolognese sauce and topped with mozzarella and fresh tomatoes. My wife ordered the rib-eye steak tips with potato gnocchi, mushrooms, and onions in a creamy gorgonzola sauce. Both entrées were beautifully plated, bursting with flavor, and served in generous portions. We were also brought slices of warm Italian ciabatta bread with whipped seasoned butter, which our server happily refilled when we finished it.
Every bite was epic and delicious — hearty, well-balanced, and made with care. For the quality and portion size, the value was excellent.

Appetizers are great, and the manicotti is great too, I will say that the other creamy dishes are not very creamy even if you request it to be extra creamy. The manicotti was perfect though so maybe it depends on the dish. Eggplant parm is so good and all the desserts are amazing. Everyone else I went with loved the Pizookie and the Lemon Cake but my favorite was the Gluten Free Chocolate Cake. John is amazing, fast and attentive, also funny and lighthearted. Overall great place I ate so much.

Quite possibly the best cheese ravioli with shrimp and Alfredo sauce I’ve ever tasted. Service was amazing and prices for the servings… absolutely impeccable. I have a hearty appetite and I definitely left with a full belly and it was not a high price. I definitely recommend to come experience a meal here. Happy belly and doesn’t break the bank. 10/10

We went there at 6:30pm on a Saturday without a reservation. The bar and restaurant were full and we were looking at a 30 min wait. This turned out to be no problem and the wait was worth it!
Kiley, our waitress, was amazing and the food and drinks didn’t disappoint. I would recommend Amici’s to anyone who loves Italian food. Make sure to ask for Kiley as your waitress!

I’ve been eating at Amici since at least 2015. Enjoyed again tonight, via a take out Large “Combination” pizza (formerly named the Amici Combo). When I picked it up they were busy, yet the pizza was ready within 15 minutes. I recognized staff from 10 years ago. They must treat their employees well. As always, the Amici Combo was absolutely delicious, and only $25.72. It fed 3 of us, with some delicious leftovers for tomorrow!

Amici’s simply has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. We have had the pleasure of being served by almost all of their servers and I have yet to meet one that wasn’t incredible. Their pizza is pretty spectacular as well. Thank you Amici’s for being a favorite for our family.

We used to really like this restaurant. Food is fairly standard italian food but the owner was always nice when we went in and would check food ingredients due to me having a soy allergy. However, over the last year service has been going down hill. This was one of two places I can eat pizza and I always order the buffalo chicken pizza with grilled chicken insted of the crispy fried chicken. When my husband went to pick up, they tried to give him a chicken bacon ranch pizza which I cannot eat. They then proceeded to argue with him that he ordered it. We have never ordered that pizza due to my allergy. He explained that and the gal had the kitchen remake. Well this time she brough out another wrong pizza and now argued with him that its what he ordered. It was a chicken buffalo ranch pizza that now has crispy chicken on it, something not even on the menu. At this point he was visibly upset due to two wrong orders and the gal arguing with him about our order. Another waitress came over got the order again , had it remade and the third time it was correct although now burnt more than their pizza normally have. (I expect some char from a wood fired pizza) However, the second pizza, a basic guido, was now cold from sitting around during this full process. While he was waiting for the pizza the last time he overheard the first waitress complaining about us and the waitress she was speaking to said “if she has an allergy, she should just eat at home”. I don’t ask for large accommodations, just that they use the non fried chicken that is already prepped for another type of pizza. Thus was not the first time they had messed up my order but definitely the worst experience. This behavior is unacceptable and we will not be returning.
