I came here for lunch on my birthday. This was my second time here and it was great. My server Noelle was amazing. Food was good. I had a caesar salad and boneless wings. I highly recommend the boneless wings, very crispy like I like them. I asked for non alcoholic beer because I’m pregnant and they actually had some to my surprise so that was a plus! My mom is in a wheelchair so I was glad that she was able to get in and out easily and was well accommodated. My server even went out of her way to decorate a slice of cheesecake for me! Thanks again.

I run a game store in the same plaza, and we needed pizzas for an event we had going for the day.
I went and placed the order, and the guy running the floor (I learned later his name was Avery) was incredibly impressive with how he was handling the whole place by himself and still sliding my order effortlessly into place as well.
My order for a whole bunch of pizzas was finished so quickly, and I came back to sit down and eat at the restaurant with my employee shortly after. Both of us loved the atmosphere, the food tasted great, and we had a wonderful time.

I drove 60 miles to eat with my dinner group of about 25 people. We had made reservations and validated earlier in the day. We all arrived and they gave us our drinks. Took our orders…and that is where the service stopped. They brought out everyone’s dinners… asked if everything was good. I said that I didn’t have my food. The waiter said “it will be right out”. One of our group even joked, ” are you sure”, and the waiter said yes. He finished getting refills for everyone… then went into the kitchen. Came back out after about 5 mins.. and asked ” what type of pizza did you order”? I knew then that my meal was not “coming right out”, it had not even been started. Waited… about 10 mins… one of the kitchen staff started bringing out people’s desserts… I asked about my pizza.. he said they are putting the finishing touches on it now. SO at this point… it had not even been completed.. and it still had to cook. Since everyone else was almost finished or finished with their meal, I told them not to cook it. THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO HELP US AFTER THAT! Several people needed take out boxes, which they had to go get them. Upon checking out, even though they had messed up my meal, and I didnt’ get to eat… they, made sure they were going to charge me for my drink. NO ONE EVER APPOLOGIZED FOR THE MISTAKE. IF YOU HAVE A PARTY OF 4 PEOPLE OR LESS, THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO SERVE YOU… ANYTHING OVER THAT AND THE PLACE IS INCAPABLE OF PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They were not super busy for lunch on Sunday, and we got seated quickly for a party of 8. The view is nice and our waitress was helpful. However, my Philly was very dry and almost burnt in places. I also asked for a small side salad and was given this massive house salad with toppings like chickpeas that I don’t care for. The food took a good while to come and I was disappointed that it was not up to what I wanted. All in all, it was not really a bad experience, but it wasn’t great.

Great pizza, great service. We decided to try out Amici and dropped in around 6:30 on a Friday evening. We were seated immediately.
This is a beautiful restaurant with a glass wall facing the river. There is an outside dining area, but it was a bit warm to try that.
The server (Haley) was excellent. She cked on us frequently, but was not intrusive.
We had an appetizer, Pizza and sandwich. All were excellent! Details below.
The restaurant is great for couples or families. It is a bit noisy because of all the glass, but not terrible.
The pizza was great. Thin crust, hot and savory. We had the Margherita pizza. Our son had the honey mustard chicken sandwich and loved it. The spinach artichoke dip is very good, but different- not as creamy and has a little kick.
Great find. We will be back!

The absolute stench from sewage/dirty mop bucket so in case the environment who is hard to enjoy the food, the service was great, but the atmosphere stunk, and when I asked Friends, if they’d ever been there, they all commented on the smell. I think Their business would pick up tremendously if they could get over that smell and get that fixed too many people have been turned off

Skip it. The JUMBO wings were more like small wings. Forgot the bread with pasta and then questioned us when asked about it. Plainly states bread on the menu. Chicken was overcooked on the Chicken Parm and serve was really slow even with only 3 other tables.

So, first time at this location. Beautiful place but did not have calamari (on the menu). We chose this place for my hubby’s bday lunch and all he wanted was honey hot wings (which they also did not have this flavor). I wanted gluten free calzone, then they told me gluten free was only for the pizza. My husband’s margarita was a 7.5/10. But, all in all, what we did have was delicious…

I’ve been to Amici before, at previous locations, and the food quality was about the same. Not impressive, but good for the price. I love the layout of the new location, but it doesn’t seem to be doing as well — maybe it’s an advertising issue. My friend’s burger was burnt, and they didn’t even ask how they wanted it cooked. I ordered boneless wings and was given bone-in (which are better, but I wasn’t planning on getting messy). I would come back again, but only if many other options were off the table.
