Lamb shawarma wrap was gyro meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers on a loosely wrapped tortilla. This is one of my favorite foods and I was highly disappointed. I’ve never been given something like this and it was passed off as shawarma. Unfortunately, I won’t be back and will continue to go to 10 Restaurant on Effingham or 5 Burroughs on High Street.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I came in and ordered chicken over rice with white sauce. While standing in the lobby waiting, I saw a rat inside the store. That alone is unacceptable and immediately killed my appetite. I stepped outside to gather myself and then came back in to request a refund. Instead of any concern or apology, the woman working the counter caught an attitude and said, “Oh, you can’t wait?” No after seeing a rat, I did not want the food. She went to get the manager, who came out repeatedly saying “the food is ready, the food is ready” which it was not, and even if it were, I no longer wanted it. They refused to issue a refund despite the health concern. Seeing a rat in a food establishment is a serious issue, and the way staff handled it was even worse dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. I had no choice but to leave and inform them I would be disputing the charge with my bank. Save your money and your appetite. This place clearly does not care about cleanliness or customer safety.

So far, I’ve had good experiences. Came here after America’s best wings on college drive sucked and mistreated us. The young lady that works at this business is much more pleasant and if you order ahead, your food is done when you arrive. I wish they had the yeum yeum sauce (yum yum?) At this location then I would give more stars. Otherwise it’s been great!

Fantastic food . I had the privilege to be in hearing distance of the owner speaking over the phone not meaning to listen to the conversation I couldn’t help myself as i seldom here a boss with so much compassion and be so tender with his employees. I was absolutely smitten and praised him to myself and enjoyed the amazing food thanking GOD for allowing me to see this .

Let me say we love ABW. We go to college drive Suffolk all the time. This new spot is closer to home but a no go. Service great food was super hot, wings were plump. I had wing combo with hot teriyaki and hot bbq. We purchased dirty rice and another pack of wings. To sum it up dirty rice plain no flavor. Wings tasted like they were cooked is fish oil. Last food didn’t have flavors as expected. Sorry we cheated on you College Drive. We are coming back to see Hasan sorry this location did not hit for us.

Me and the fam have ordered here a few times. Pick up and dine in. The young ladies at the front are sweet and accommodating. I had a veggie burrito once it was OK, I wasn’t blown away by the flavors so I tried again another day and ordered the Falafal Gyro and omg it was soooooo good! 10 out of 10. literally think about it daily wanting another but I’m going to wait lol! The sauce was freaking amazing and the pita was warm and soft. It was literally perfect! My kids love the pepperoni pizza and chicken quesadillas. The carrot cake is also! I’m just impressed bc they have many options for everyone (I’m a vegetarian and my family is not) and I was told they are open 24/7!! I will definitely come back.

We’ve ordered the first few times and the food was great. But this time we got food our whole family got sick from the pizza and the pizza was burnt, and we received 2 wrong pizzas. Probably won’t be ordering again for a long time. Staff is very friendly though.
