When first entering, I said “hello” and neither of the ladies at the counter spoke or greeted me coming into their store. I repeated and only 1 of them spoke. The other just stared. They both seemed very unfriendly. The food was a good portion for the money however I ordered whiting fish and it had a lot of bones. Whiting does not typically have so many small bones throughout. The store was not clean and wiped down like other America Best stores. The drink station was covered with spilled juice and the floor was sticky. The table where they have the condiments set up had all the condiments spilled over the table. You could not even find a spot to sit your food. All of this was a turn off. Not sure if I will return. Not because of the food but the lack of customer service and the cleanliness.

Whoever made my chicken cheeseteak with fries and honey old bay wings, please get you a raise! It’s becoming more and more rare to find a meal where everything you order is delicious or correct. Now the store itself, mediocre at best. Idk who’s idea it was to use the white wall but as pretty as it is, it was dirty at the bottom which gave appearance of unkept. I did have to ask a person to wipe off the table where the condiments are placed for customers to use so I could avoid getting a mess on my clothes. Anyway, as a word of advice…you are a part of a community. A “Thank You” goes a long ways.

“As a seasoned wing enthusiast, I recently made my way to America’s Best Wings in Gwynn Oak to catch up with some friends. I arrived around 8 PM, expecting a great late-night snack. Unfortunately, despite dropping over a hundred dollars, the wings were quite lackluster; dry, over cooked, under seasoned, and didn’t meet my expectations. The service was great, but ultimately, the overall experience left something to be desired, and I probably won’t be returning.

I stopped by for lunch after leaving Woodlawn High School. I decided I wanted something different for lunch. You just opened up. There was no line. The cashier informed me because they just opened up I would have to wait for around 30 minutes for my food to be ready. I agreed.
When I got back to CCBC Catonsville I ate. The Honey BBQ wings were delicious. The fries tasted good but they were hard not crunchy almost like they were old. They weren’t room temperature and I was surprised since they were supposed to be freshly cooked. Next time I would probably just order the wings.

Store used to be trash and garbage with non caring workers and fake cooks …. I’m so glad they left …. I almost didn’t give it a second chance until I saw it was new workers and management…. I went for a second chance and They served me food I wish I could THrow back up just to re eat over and over and over again … America’s best wings FINALLY REPRESENTED ITS NAME … Will definitely be back atleast 6 times a week

I love their order of just veggies. I always ask for light seasoning. They never comply. I will never order veggies from them again. They put so much pepper on them you can pick it off in clumps and its still too much!

EVERY BLACK PERSON IS NOT A THIEF: Today I stopped by this location to buy 10 honey garlic wings and French fries hard combo, which are with a can soda, then I told the add on coleslaw and an extra bottle soda, paid for it all. The young lady that was being trained at the register spoke very little English and shorted me my change by 5 cents, because she was unfamiliar with the currency when I told him he said sorry ma’am, I kindly told him let it be a tip, about 10 mins later, my food was ready. As I am putting my ketchup on my fries another lady called me back to the counter and said I did not pay for the bottle soda. I asked for a full refund cause what you won’t do is make it seem like I stole a bottle soda cause you are incompetent, lack English comprehension skills to take a simple order and know how to count. I gave them back their food with ketchup on the fries and got a refund and left. Learn how to count and comprehend. Every black person is not a thief. I went to another location and got my wings….if the rating goes above a 4.5 they lying and getting family members to write reviews.
