Great food! This was seriously a hidden gem because I would have normally not gone to a wing store but we broke down so needed food while waiting for a tow. My husband and I both got a chicken strip platter and were very pleased with the quality and size of the platter. The chicken strips are actually more like planks and have a super crunchy coating. The crinkle fries were standard fare but properly cooked so that they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our cashier was super friendly and cheerful and gave us all the choices for sauces and add-ons which I appreciated. Since this is a pick up store there wasn’t any ambience to the room but that’s quite alright. It’s really just a hover pad for delivery drivers waiting for orders.

Tried this location for the first time today and I was very impressed. I ordered over the phone. When I got there I was helped by Josh, not sure if he is the manager or owner but he’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in the restaurant business. He kept telling me to have a good day and called me by my name. I would come back just because the service was so good. People should take a lesson from his book when it comes to kindness and hospitality.
I got the honey old bay wings combo and added hot sauce on it. 10/10 recommend. I’ll be back.

America’s Best Wings on Rt. 1 is trash.
Me and my husband went there and ordered wings – husband ordered 2 boneless meals. The manager, Ms. Jane, made 2 bone-in meals. When my husband told them that the order was wrong, they literally said “oh well”. They refused to make the correct order, and refused to issue a refund. Basically, the manager said “take what you get”.
I’m really not one to complain or leave negative reviews – but when I spend $41 on 2 wing meals – and they’re made wrong and literally nothing is done to rectify, I have an issue with that. The manager refused to come speak with me (I’m literally 2 weeks or less away from giving birth, so I pose no physical threat to anyone), refused to provide the name of the store owner or any corporate information. She locked the door to the back room and said she was busy.
Overall terrible service and experience. I would never go back to that store again. I feel like they do this all the tome to people, but they will never get another penny of my money.

I purchased a 20-piece shrimp for over $30 dollars yesterday. The worst fried shrimp ever!!! The shrimp was clearly fake, GMO trash imported from China. Disgusting!!!!! Disgraceful!!!! Never again….. run far, far away from this place. Your stomach and wallet will thank you.

The food here is trash, ate here a few years before and was disappointed went back today (10/10/2022) and was even more disappointed. As you can see in the picture the wings where OVER COOKED and HARD AF. I felt like I was eating concrete chewing on rocks. If you have sensitive teeth I wouldn’t recommend you taking the chance of losing them (meaning your teeth). The service here also sucks, cashier was rude and acted as if he was in a rush and didn’t want to take my order. This will differently be me and my family’s last time eating from here. 0/5 stars in my book wouldn’t recommend you eating here.

Customer service was poor. No greeting, when interacting employee was stand offish as if he did not want to be bothered. He gave me a container that did not secure my food (wouldn’t close) and told me if I “hold it like that until you get home”, and I told him I could not hold it “like that” while I was driving, just give me a new container. Only for him to go on the back and come back out with the exact same container ♀️. I paid $20 for 15 wings only to get home and realize that there were 11 wings ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. Never again ‼️
