This place is terrible now! Waste of money, couldn’t even finish the meal & overly priced! Wings were hard, fries were cold not to mention they gave me the wrong flavors and I ordered and paid for all flats but got majority big drumsticks. 2 of my wings had no meat at all on them. Oh and let’s not forget about the crazy man who came in the store pretending to shoot at us lol this place is a disaster. I WILL NOT BE BACK

I used to come here often and I’m not sure if they are trying a new menu or what but today I got a 5 piece all flats buffalo wing combo. The wings were over cooked, the fries were completely different than what I’m used to. It was an overly crunchy seasoned fry the flavors of the chicken and fries did NOT mesh well. I felt like I was chewing overly well don’t steak. Not to mention everything was cold. When he first gave me the food the fries they had in the box were definitely burnt and the new ones they gave weren’t that great either. I wish this were a legitimate restaurant so I could get my money back. This is TRASH!!!

Ordered a crispy chicken salad.. pretty bad. The chicken was unseasoned and overcooked. They put pickles on it. Who puts pickles on a salad? And very big slices of carrot. When i asked for it to be remade, i was told no. Strange, unpleasant salad.. not good. Got thrown away. Will never spend my money there again.

This is my second time ordering since new management. I never had issues before. My orders were always good. I would like to say the customer service was great and the honey garlic wings and fries were cooked to perfection. Not fried hard and the seasoning had just a slight kick of heat.

Walked in at 6:40 (they close at 7) and got denied service because according to the cashier closing on June 2nd, They closed the kitchen and couldn’t make my food. Horrible customer service, lazy employees stay far away from this place. I’ve managed restaurants before, closing early and denying customers should never be taken lightly

We order 2 cheese burgers, onion rings, 2 orders of wings, and crab sticks. This store is the worst never gets our order right. Never again. Gave us what was suppose to be a cheeseburger wirh provolone cheese, end up getting a double hamburger with steak sauce. Never ever again.

First time trying their food yesterday. While majority of the food was good. The customer service was awful by the Asian guy I’m assuming he’s the owner. We walked in he’s on his phone so I step up to the counter waited a few seconds watching him on his phone then I said hello (in a pleasant manner) he closes his phone and says what would you like I said mmm not sure let me see I’m new here so I look at the menu he says again what would you like ?? I said mmm I’ll take a Philly w/ 5 wing combo ok anything else ? I said I would like my wings to be all flats etc he didn’t ask me how I’d like my food until I started telling him I requested certain items to be on the side he made this face as if he was upset still rushing me by asking ok anything else while answering the phone so my total pops up on the register he walks away to take a phone order I asked him is this for me? He doesn’t answer tells me I can put my card in after he got done with his phone order so I took my receipt and waited outside I’m standing near my car and he comes outside slowly walking by me just staring and drove off. Very rude and weird.

I haven’t patronized this particular location in a while. I ordered ten lemon pepper wingettes, steak salad and shrimp salad. The wingettes were fried HARD and tasted like they were cooked in OLD grease.
The shrimp salad had soggy tomatoes, spoiled shrimp and the onions might as well have been just placed on top of the salad because the slices were SO BIG!!!
My daughter took the steak salad to work for lunch. She told me that she was ‘DISAPPOINTED’ with hers too and just threw it in the trash!!!
$47 WASTED
