This place used to be good. I believe the management has changed. Food is less than average and prices have increased. Additionally, the wait was much longer than what I was told over the phone AND I was the only one in there AND the phones weren’t ringing. Suggests to me that other people caught on sooner than me. That place used to be jumping, food was good and prices were reasonable. Went to the one in Ft. Washington two weeks ago and complete opposite. First time there but food was good, hot, done when they said and prices were LOWER (by nearly $5). Will definitely go back.

I ordered suya and it was the worst siuya I have ever had. It was fried in vegetable oil instead of being grilled and had absolutely no seasoning what so ever. In the bottom.of the container the meat was swimming in oil. I liberally had to drain about a half cup of oil. I will never order suya from them again.

Why would I take the time to lie on your restaurant? I believe if the lady who I believes owns the restaurant was there the suya may have been prepared correctly. There was a new employee there who looks to have been Indian maybe. Either way you could smell the vegetable oil that the suya was fried in and you could taste it as well. There was no grill smell or flavor whatsoever. Accusing a customer of lying instead of apologizing for the service your restaurant provided is immature and displays a lack of accountability on your behalf. If the suya was good I would have done a review saying so. Being a business myself I would never take time out of my day to lie on another business owner. Talk to your staff and fix the issue or you can continue to lose customers. The choice is yours.

Dear Restaurant Manager/Owner,

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a disturbing and unacceptable customer service experience I had while attempting to place a to-go order from your restaurant on November 15, 2025, at approximately 7:25 PM.

After calling 19 times, my call was finally answered by an employee who identified himself as Stanley. What followed was not service—instead, I was met with repeated personal questions and aggressive accusations about why my phone number appeared as “private.” Despite my calm explanations that I did not know the reason and was simply calling to order wings and fries, Stanley persisted in interrogating me in a hostile and intimidating tone.

The way he spoke to me—raising his voice, questioning my honesty, and suggesting I had something to hide—felt harassing and deeply inappropriate. I was made to feel like a suspect rather than a customer. I have ordered from your restaurant before at this same time without issue, which made this interaction especially surprising and disappointing.

I want to make clear that this escalation wasn’t caused by a misunderstanding—it was driven by a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. This behavior was not only rude—it was alarming. I was deeply uncomfortable and felt verbally harassed by someone representing your business.

I also want to note that the intensity and unpredictable nature of Stanley’s behavior was deeply concerning. His conduct was so inappropriate and alarming that it raised serious questions about his mental stability and ability to perform his duties safely.

Given that I have a recording of this call, I am prepared to take this matter further if necessary. However, I believe in offering the opportunity to address serious issues internally first. I respectfully urge you to investigate this incident immediately and take corrective action. No customer should be subjected to such treatment under any circumstances.

I sincerely hope appropriate measures are taken to ensure that your establishment remains a welcoming, respectful environment and an open operating business where customers feel valued and safe.

I experienced outright disrespect from an employee named Stanley at this restaurant American best wings and made a complaint. I even went in person to address the issue, but the employee remained rude, and the owner did absolutely nothing to resolve it. In fact, the owner’s behavior reflected the same lack of professionalism and accountability. This establishment failed to address unacceptable staff conduct, and I am documenting this publicly to warn future customers. I will also be reporting this incident to the proper channels since no action is taken.by the owner

If you want your order wrong on your food served cold, feel free to come here. Customer service is a joke even when you order an hour in advance. I unsterstand English isn’t for first language but this doesn’t fly in customer service. And how is the food cold the second you had it to me? It’s like you dont even care about your profession. So this the second time I have come here recently late night. I normally don’t have any problems everything is cool but They have this older guy with glasses that makes the food now… I guess he works at night
No disrespect but he’s horrible. He even tried to argue with me the last time I had 2 call because my food wasnt made how I asked. I really don’t like how he prepared the food and it’s real sloppy he makes it how he wants!..the first time I had to bring back my food and the younger tall guy fixed my food. He’s dose really good with b that but I guess now I’ll have to ask who cooking my food before I order from here.. if I do at all again!

I purchased whole wings. They were burnt on the outside and not cooked inside. I called to express my disappointment. Retuned the wings they scrapped the burnt coating and gave me the same wings. I would never purchase anything from this establishment. What a horrible experience. I eventually got a refund. Discussed

I wish l could give o stars. I ordered a chicken streak and cheese sub and l got 2 chicken strips on an a sub. Not only did l call my order in and was told my food would be ready in 10 mins. It actually took me 20 mins to get there and needless to say my food was not ready when l arrived. I was then told that “when you order over the phone we don’t make the food until you get here. This is because yesterday we had a someone order $200 worth of food and did not come in and we had to throw everything in the trash.” Ok l understand that so don’t tell me that my food will be ready in 10 mins if this the new policy! And definitely don’t make what you want to make and have me pay for something l didn’t ask for. Do better for your other customers because you lost this one!

DO NOT GO HERE. JUST LISTEN. Worst Americas Best by a mile, no urgency to finish my order and I had called 15 min ahead of time to place my order. Extremely unprofessional employees and it seems like they prepare food that is not on the menu which is probably not sanitary. As many have posted, the guy at the register does not change his gloves and proceeds to prepare food with the same gloves used on the register. The fries used are not in line with other locations and they don’t even make the sauces fresh here, everything is packaged. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place
