As a regular customer, I can confidently say this restaurant is one of the best spots in the area. While I always enjoy their offerings, today’s meal truly stood out and confirmed why I keep coming back. Today, I decided to try the Garlic & Parmesan Wings alongside my usual favorite, the Steak Rice Bowl, and the combination was nothing short of fantastic. The wings were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside yet incredibly juicy inside—and the garlic and parmesan coating was rich, savory, and perfectly balanced, easily making them some of the best I’ve had. The Steak Rice Bowl, my usual go-to, was equally superb; the steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the generous portion of fluffy rice and fresh ingredients made for a harmonious and deeply satisfying meal.
Beyond the outstanding quality of the food, the customer service here is truly exceptional and what consistently brings me back. The two male cashier was simply too good. They are always so genuinely welcoming, attentive, and quick to help. They process orders efficiently and offer a warm smile that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer. This establishment manages to create an environment that feels less like a quick transaction and more like visiting friends, thanks entirely to the consistent warmth and professionalism of the front-of-house team.

They definitely just played in my face with $50 worth of garbage. Dry, unseasoned, tasteless and cheap. Really steakum meat for a steak bowl with some mixed vegetables? Smh I will never come here again and to think it was my first time. I literally have to spend more money to feed my family something actually appetizing.

Excellent Customer Service, very clean. We found this spot while trying to get a late night meal. The guy who took our order was so nice and the food was priced well and the food was GOOD! I tasted a little of everyone’s food and the fish and wings were good too. My plate (cheesesteak) can be seen below. The fries are seasoned well and the lemonade was tasty.

Customer service was good. Food, not so much. I typically only get wings, but this time, I got a salad, turkey burger, and chicken strips with fries. The fries were soggy, no crunch to them at all, the burger was super thin, and it had an old taste. It was also burnt on one side. The bread was stale and hard and also seemed like it was toasted to save face, yuck. The chicken in the salad was dry and overcooked, and it didn’t taste like it was made to order. Learned a pricey lesson. Where is Chef Irvine when you need him, cause they need him. They are cutting corners and it’s showing in the food. They used to be good.. Didn’t get to take pics of the other food before it was thrown out.

Oh, I enjoyed the 2nd time around with the fish and chicken combo. The first time was amazing and drew me back again. Healthy grilled fish that was seasoned to perfection. The wings were great with the sauce they suggested. The fries, rice, and celery stalk were an added delight. I love the customer service as well because they are patient as you look over the abundance of choices. Thank you, and I will return again each week. Well done.

Horrible customer service. This guy was loud with me and trying to argue but I wouldn’t give him the satisfaction. I ordered something and received a discount for my job. I then decided to another something else and the the guy behind the counter said I could only get 1 discount per visit. I asked if I cancelled my original order, would I be able to get the total discount. He couldn’t comprehend that. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. I told him about this review. Now he’s really mad!! I’m never going back!
