I really enjoyed my first visit here… I live right across from a ABW= America’s best wings that I’ve tried but did not enjoy there chicken.. my daughter lives close to one also, but she travels 5 miles to get there food and there top notch service… I went Sunday for my first time, it will not be my last time… I don’t know why but there food taste better, there customer service is a little more engaging, very clean, I really liked my experience

My friends and I have enjoyed the buffalo style hot wings from here via home delivery for years. My first visit to the restaurant was disappointing, due to a dirty smelly bathroom. The service and the wings are Good, until I saw and smelled the bathroom. I’m going back, hoping this was a fluke. I will update my review afterwards.

This was my second visit to this restaurant. I was disappointed with the condition of the inside. The ceiling was about to cave-in in areas, there was a leak of an air unit around the drink station, and they were many torn signs on the door. All the tables were dirty and the chairs seemed tossed about. There was no one in the restaurant during my visit, and the associate behind the counter was on his cell phone when I entered, so I know the lack of cleanliness was not due to being busy.
I was also surprised by the prices. $16 for a combo of a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a fountain drink.
I have given two stars, because the food was made fresh, was hot, and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The fries were decent, but had no salt or flavoring. The bacon cheeseburger was fine, but it was nothing spectacular. It was certainly not worth the price.
Well the food was better than a traditional fast food restaurant, the dirty restaurant and the high prices will keep me from returning.

I placed an order through door dash for a crispy chicken salad and on the salad all I got was lettuce tomato chicken and cheese like really where is my onions peppers croutons. So I asked could he remake it and he said no call door dash like really you so rude guess what you won’t get my money again.

Visited here to pickup dinner for the family not the best looking place but not the worst like people make it seem. The prices were fair a whole sub with wings and fries excellent combo 17 bucks now my Philly could’ve been seasoned more but it was still good the buffalo wings were great in my opinion with blue cheese ofcourse fries ok (not a fry guy) overall I would visit again I just don’t like the fact I’d have to tell them to make sure they season my Philly but hey nobody is perfect

The place was clean, food rate a 3, service needs improvements. Don’t ignored paying customer, they are your bread and butter. Unless you don’t want to eat. Shrimps are fried so hard the shrimp themselves were crunchy. If you want repeated customers treat them like you need that dollar is gold.

I really wanted to like this place, but after visiting America Best Wings, I left feeling uneasy and disappointed — mostly because of serious concerns about food safety and kitchen hygiene.
First off, the entire kitchen is hidden behind a closed swinging door. Customers have no visibility into how the food is being prepared. That’s not always a problem, but when the front counter area is already messy and unorganized, it makes you wonder what the back looks like.
One of my biggest worries is what happens if food falls on the floor. With the kitchen completely out of view, it’s hard not to think:
Would they pick it up and keep using it?
I obviously can’t confirm that, but just the thought is enough to make you lose your appetite.
Even worse, I noticed employees going in and out of the kitchen and restroom without washing their hands, at least from what I could see. Some were not wearing gloves at all while handling food. These are basic hygiene steps that should never be skipped in any food business.
As for the food itself — some of it was undercooked, and other items were burnt. The chicken wings were dry and over-fried in some places, but still oddly soft and pink near the bone in others. The fries were soggy and tasted like old oil. It didn’t feel fresh, and it definitely didn’t feel safe.
Overall, the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the kitchen, I didn’t feel confident about the food, and I definitely won’t be coming back. There are too many other options out there to risk getting sick.
