Had DoorDashed some lemon pepper wings apparently they were the (mild kind which is buffalo and lemon pepper mixed. (Never heard anything like that before). and some fries (which I do not recommend they are a bit hard textured). I called and asked can they remake my order or provide me with a refund they mentioned that, “nothing is wrong with the order, it’s right.” Okay yeah it’s right..but that’s not what I wanted. So he stated that I’ll have to pay again, which is kinda off I have to pay for you guys to change the flavor of a damn piece of chicken..ANYWAYSS! I got there and I was calm, I pretty much said, “hey I just called about my DoorDash order for the lemon pepper wings.” The man at the register CUTS ME OFF WHILE IM TALKINGGGGGG!!! And starts bucking at me saying once again, they can remake the order but I’ll have to pay. Payment is not an issue, but disrespecting me when I didn’t even come at you that way IS AN ISSUE! Not sure if it’s a racism thing but I’m tired of their attitudes, our money is keeping yall in business! And tbh it was one point where I hated America’s best! And I’m on the verge !! of going back to that mindset! But he kept repeating the whole “payment again process” as if he was trying to subliminally tell me I can’t afford it..he made my food correctly however I’m still disappointed I couldn’t get my refund back from DoorDash smh.

This is absolutely out favorite chicken spot by far. We will drive out of our way to see our guy MD Hossen. He always gives great customer service. I appreciate he knows his customers. And is always friendly and inviting. A+++ guy. The food is always cooked as requested. Love the wings, shrimp, dirty rice. Try it you won’t be dissapointed. Definitely come check them out.

Ordered off of door dash and got my food, halfway through eating it I find a COOKED FLY in my sauce and near puked ! I almost ate that! I eat from them often and try to avoid coming inside due to the poor atmosphere but I enjoy the food! Not anymore. I will not be ordering again!

Food is good but what you are not going to do is talk to me like im a child or stupid. The customer service is horrible, they are impatient, rude, and not worthy of my dollar. I was confused on what sauce I wanted for my wings because i love the different flavors, and was talked to like i was a waste of time. I thought it was just me but before I could leave I witnessed another customer being disrespected. Only difference is they waited for their order to be corrected. Sorry but my respect is worth more than food.

Worst wings my family has ever had. The wings were overcooked and dry and all three sauces we ordered didn’t taste very good. They included five ranch dressings that were rancid. We ended up throwing most of our order in the garbage. The one on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth is better.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I walked in and ordered a 5pc whole wing combo w/ okra dry rub old bay…. After having to repeat my order several times because the person who was taking orders was multitasking by answering phones, taking orders and filling orders simultaneously, I was erroneously charged for a 10 pc wingettes, okra, and 5 whole wings (no flavor) and a drink for $31. When I tried to let the associate know the order was wrong he refused to listen and would not correct the order. He was extremely rude. The food is not good enough to be treated in that manner as a customer. I will no longer support this business and I suggest you all do the same.

Came here tonight and ordered a 10-piece combo with honey lemon pepper wings. After getting my order I left the store and went up the road to 7-Eleven and decided to take a bite of one of the wings. The wing was sour. I immediately took the wings back to the store and told the gentleman that the wings smelled sour. He immediately started saying “I am the problem”, they “sell wings all the time never get complaints” that “I just didn’t want to pay for the food” I told him I never asked for the money back I only said that the wings were sour. I was going to ask for something else to replace it. I let him know that I was recording the confrontation. I also let him know that I had no reason to take a $20 meal and bring it right back because I didn’t want to pay for it. That made no sense because I had already paid for it and I also said at least twice that I just wanted a replacement. Anyway, awful service! I wish Google let me upload video because I would gladly upload the video of the whole situation. Will never go back there again! Also I’m going to call the health department because those wings were definitely sour meaning they were not stored correctly.

It’s this one guy that’s there whom is very rude. My order was wrong and he wouldn’t correct it. He said we don’t was it. Wow so my daughter called to place an order for what I wanted originally and all of a sudden he had what I wanted, but told me when I was in there that he did not have it maybe if they learn how to stay off the phone when they’re placing orders for customers, they would hear the correct order.
