Last time I ordered from here I wanted to make sure it did NOT include tomato and lettuce so I called after ordering to make sure they saw the notes. The guy that answered was so rude it was awful. He said “You put notes, do not call!” and that order was correct.
Tonight I reordered literally directly from app, confirmed same notes still on order, so I did NOT call this time.
They did NOT read the notes, or did and ignored them because it had hot, wilted, soggy gross shredded lettuce on it anyway!

Absolutely disgusting. If they’d change their oil even once per decade it might help. I ordered the fish and chips combo and ended up with some unidentifiable little shreds of something deep fried. Ended up spending $40 and threw it all in the garbage. Go elsewhere.

As I was the only customer there. This is highly unlikely at any time, anywhere…
There were two males, just standing there, like they had nothing else to do. I asked for the meal and if it was ready. They said yes , in a minute. Turned out the order was ready but not bagged up yet. Mind you I am still the only person there besides them.
After he bagged it up for me, he handed me a large empty cup and said that I needed to make the drink for the order. I was not going to do anything with the cup, he doesn’t pay me a dime to do anything for him.
I told him that and he got very angry and upset with me, he started raising his voice and told me to cancel the order and leave.
I was in shock about the whole situation and especially with the anger he was displaying towards me. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
I’m not a food service worker anywhere and I don’t have a food servers certificate.
It’s the idea of a few restaurants, that we should make their drinks for our own deliveries. Well, I’m not a fast food employee and not about to be one. We drivers do not get to put on gloves , nor wash our hands as much as we would like to. ” Please”, let your managers and owners know how unsanitary this process is, and unfair that they are being paid to prepare and bag your orders, not your delivery driver. We have to wait for the orders, and pay for our own gas and maintenance on our vehicles. Plus the insurance, etc.
Where are these people telling us to cancel our orders because they don’t want to do their jobs.
I never see them doing anything for me, when I need help.
Quit being so lazy and late, with our pick ups. Customers have paid for their orders in advance to get it hot and within a certain amount of time. Your procrastinating makes us lose valuable time and money. We are doing our job, now do yours.
Thanks for your attitude and disrespectful ways.
America’s Best Wings is not the only one, Wings Stop is worse than this.
I hope the Managers and the Owners are reading this and do the right thing.

Ordered with them through DoorDash and on the app there was no indication of what comes in the salad—so because I order at a previous location I told them I wanted everything on the salad…to my surprise MUSHROOM came into it. I called and let them know that the person who this salad was order for is DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO MUSHROOMS and if possible can we get a different salad. I was told they cannot do anything about that and that next time if I don’t like something I should make it clear when ordering. Which is all fine…but how can I make it known if it wasn’t clear as to what is in the salad from the beginning. In addition I paid for and extra dressing and made it clear as to what dressing I wanted…but not only did they not send my extra dressing they also send the wrong one…my poor Dasher had to double back to get the right one. Although I give my delivery 5 stars I give this location and food 1 star—won’t be ordering at this location again.

You should name the business America’s best wings with fry features , it’s one thing to buy raw chicken with feathers but to have it fully cooked with feathers is a different level, now I have to be wondering if you clean the wings any at all before cooking. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered the 10 piece wings combo with small drink via phone. I looked at the menu online. Cost: $9.49 (See photo). I arrived. I paid with my bank debit card. Then I realized they had charged charged me $12.99. I showed them the ad on my phone. Menu is old, he said. Told them they should update their information. I Waited for food. Order is now ready I ask for a large drink as compensation. He said no. He wanted $.88 more cents. I told them to keep the drink, fries, and chicken. I left. I called my bank immediately. My account was immediately credited $14.66 (order plus taxes). I wish I could be there when the transaction is denied. They lost a customer forever. No one should do business with these people. They are dishonest. They should have honored their on-line menu.

Kinda fun… very simple venue with a seriously broad range of fish, shrimp, and chicken!!! Very reasonably priced and everything is cooked to order. Ovee 30 different favors to apply to whatever you order. Very high marks on the catfish sandwich and the fried whole wings were wonderful.

Great fast food. Not every ABW are the same. This location is the best one in the Richmond area…I especially love the traditional wings. The flavor and value is so much better than Wingstop and BWW! It is defintely better to call in your order beforehand because they can be a bit backed up.

The people did not understand what i ordered obviously. The order came out wrong so I had to send it back and it was still not correct. It was extremely frustrating. The rice with chicken included teriyaki sauce or white sauce. The rice and chicken they sent out included no sauce other than tarter that they refer to as white sauce. I hate to to complain but I spent $48 and my family and I had to eat afterwards.

Went to pick up my order. When I got there, that’s when they started cooking it. A door dasher came in, and because the staff at the restaurant couldn’t reach the ginger in the cooler, they gave the dasher a hot soda and srnt her on her way. No matter what location I go to, the service is freaking ridiculous and the food isn’t THAT good. I’m still waiting for someone to get sick from the ranch they throw in cabinets, buckets, everywhere but the refrigerator
