I gave a 3- stars review due to a few issuses I had yesterday and the few I had in the past with messing up my order. The food is always good. No complaints there. Staff not friendly and talk with a frustrated tone of voice at customers including myself, when told order is wrong or the need to give back a refund. They treat you like you mistaken what you placed as your order.
However, I placed an order for pick up on Friday, 9/26/25 using the on-line menu
2pc fish and 5 shrimps combo $11.99 it says. Get in store to pay and it was $16.99. Cashier said prices on line are years old. I asked in 5 years no one had time to update the prices? So I asked to changed my orders. He asked what if I take the shrimps off and just get the fish combo. I agreed and he did refunded the difference.
2nd issues I ordered and Philly steak and Shrimp paid for steak/chzand shrimp and when I got home 30 minutes away it was a regular steak/chz only.
Overall food was good.
Moving forward I will go into the store to order and completely check my food ( removing all wrapping and check everything) and receipt before leaving the store.

Ordered from a delivery service and got the American burger combo. Combo. That implies a side of fries. Nope. They just sent the burger (fantastic by the way) and the drink. So, I paid an additional $7 for a fountain drink. America’s Best Wings should rebrand as Ametica’s Government for the way they hosed me on that order. FFS.

Gave them many attempts the steak and cheese is the worst thing I’ve had from a (fake) italian restaurant. It was dry, over salted and didn’t even have any flavor, couldn’t even finish half of it. Last straw was ordering on uber the owner has a option you can select do you want a combo with fries and a drink with it and you don’t get the fries or the drinks; I even called them about it and they said nope just the burgers after I ordered the food. Bait minus the switch business.

Ordered the hot wings. They smelled and tasted like fish. They definitely fry everything in the same oil. I thought it might be the obey, but no the wings taste like whitings. The sauce was also minimal on the hot wings. 1st and last time ordering from here.
