Visited on a whim and was not disappointed. The pollo asada was the waiter’s recommendation and it did not disappoint. I will definitely visit that dish again!

Parking around the corner, there’s a few one way streets so don’t miss a turn. Ample and free parking. A group of friends met up for brunch. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Delicious drinks, we ordered a couple pitchers of margaritas. Ordered the taco dinner $18 comes with 3 tacos (you can mix and match), rice and beans. Beans were flavorful. The pork belly taco was my favorite. Delicious, a little crunch but not hard to chew with just the perfect small cut of meat. My daughter enjoyed some guac and chips. Would recommend to come back again. Food is authentic Mexican. Bathrooms are clean and service was fast and friendly.

The fish taco would have been better but the fish was kinda cold.

I visited this establishment looking for a new spot to come to on Tuesday. I had the quesadila and 3 steak taco dinner.
The quesadila was okay I had better. The tacos had no seasoning. The presentation needs work the plate looked like it had too much on it. I was also disappointed about my bill due to being over charged. I’m a traveling foodie and always check my account to see if the right amount comes out. After voicing my concerns to management it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be back.

As you walk in we were able to sit ourselves. Sat at a booth and was definitely enough room for us. I like the booths with optional seats. Except the booths do not have cushions, especially for your back. Service was quick. It seems to be family owned. It was 3 of us and they have a special for $30. It comes with 6 tacos, rice, and beans. I definitely recommend if you want to try different tacos for cheaper. I really enjoyed the chorizo taco. My cousin said the elote poblano taco was amazingly good. The steak was tender just needed a bit more season. The chicken taco has good flavor and per the other guest al pastor was tasty as well. The harbeño margarita has great flavor.

Saturday night and the restaurant was less than half full. That should have been our first warning. They were out of two of the things we ordered but we were only told after the fact; the waiter wasn’t knowledgeable of what was available on the menu. Then they brought half our table’s food about 20 minutes before the rest.
The worst part was when the waiter was rude to my son. My son, who is 7 years old and has special needs, was getting out of the booth to let his cousin out so he could go to the bathroom and suddenly the waiter came up to drop off the second half of food. I’m not sure why the waiter didn’t go to the other side of the table where everyone was sitting rather than the side where three people were getting up, but my son accidentally bumped into the waiter. The waiter rudely said “don’t touch me!”. I stood up to move my son away from him and then helped the waiter distribute the plates. The waiter said he could do it but that was seemingly not true because not only was he rude but he tried to give us plates of food we already had received 20 minutes earlier. I told him we already had those orders and he was very confused.
Really a terrible experience.

This is a family go to spot, we come quite often. Some of the faves include bbq pork nachos, empanadas, enchiladas, burrito and quesadillas. The margaritas are delish, especially the Cadillac and strawberry. The owner is from the neighborhood, and we will continue to support our small businesses.
