A fantastic family-owned and operated pizza shop that really stands out. The thin and crispy pizza is made with sourdough, which truly makes a difference and separates this place from other pizzerias. The flavor and texture are outstanding.

My sister is a big sourdough fan and found this place. Now I’ve gone two times in the past week! I don’t usually eat pizza since I have a slight gluten and dairy sensitivity. However, I experienced almost none of the symptoms from this pizza that I do from normal pizza. The pizza feels like it is made from higher quality ingredients than most others that I’ve had.
Their fig and pig pizza is delicious and has so much flavor! My other slice was great but the fig took the crown for me. Their standard plain slices are also top quality.
We have to drive around 30 min round trip from where we are in Huntington and it is definitely worth the ride!

Very nice slice. Thin, airy, and crispy. The dough is fermented really nicely, it’s a sourdough, so really nice flavors. Light on the sauce and cheese, and with the sourdough, it doesnt sit heavy in your belly after eating.
I tried the regular slice and the pepperoni/crumbled sausage/hot honey. No flop on either slice, even with all those toppings. I really liked the pepperoni/crumbled sausage/hot honey slice. Perfect char on the bottom of both slices, plenty of flavor.
Really impressive! Best of luck to you all! Be sure to support this new spot, it’s a really good one.

Another iteration of pizza’s evolution into fermented dough (sourdough). It’s simply better tasting. Super delicious and best in class for the North Shore sourdough pizzas. Bravo!

This place really has that sourdough locked down. That crust is just unreal and sets this place far apart from most shops. Everything I’ve tried has been fantastic, and was even given a free Sicilian slice while waiting for my takeout that was unbelievable. Happy to see an establishment like this in Syosset.

We tried this newly opened pizza place and were seriously impressed. The sourdough crust is the star! It’s light, airy, and perfectly crisp without being heavy or greasy. You can actually pick up a slice without it dripping oil everywhere, which says a lot. So happy to have this place nearby — we’ll definitely be back!
