Americana Cafe was created as a homage to American foods, and the American Cinema. Its creators decided to share their unique culinary creation with the community, providing patrons with a new blend of food and entertainment for Alamance County and the triad. With a beautifully themed atmosphere, this restaurant makes for a pleasant casual dining experience for families and individuals, especially for an appreciation of the American Cinema. Sam Lauren Kenzy there were absolutely amazing. First time eating here and I must say I will return. There customer service is out of this world. Sam recommended so many different things for me to try and everything I selected was good. Ordered the burger tray and a hot dog on the side just to see how great it was since Sam recommended and I will say she was right. Food cooked fresh to order and Kenzy made my sandwich exactly as I asked. They also have a bar in there but I didn’t try any of those. They make this homemade seasoning for the fries which really added so much flavor never had that before. These 3 are definitely keepers great smiles and personalities. Thank you for such great customer service

Every single person I’ve ever spoken with has been so pleasant! Jamie was especially kind and eager to please. I’ve been here many times – by myself, with my mom and grandmother, and with my kids. The food is always good and always fresh. The prices are PHENOMENAL! The staff – I just can’t say enough how great they are! You will not be disappointed!

9/25/25 This was our first time at Americana Cafe. We were celebrating my mom’s 76th bday and she loves a good burger. On the surface I thought it’s a typical burger convenient dinner spot. But oh boy, we really got to enjoy some really yummy food. I’m not a French fry person but the bacon ranch fries I got with my hot dog were perfect. They make the ranch dressing onsite and I’d like about a gallon of it for home. The service was really good and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Stopped in for lunch and was greeted by their friendly staff. They have a very nice selection to choose from. Decided on the Steak Panini and upgraded the fries to the Garlic Parmesan ones.
They both were VERY Good, sandwich was filling, and the fries alone are worth the trip.

The owner is very nice. I got to observe how she and her team jabs and ribs each other while working.
I like the diner feel of the place.
We are definitely finding out way back here for food.
Edit: they are still here. Still open. Still the best food in the mall! I have had the burger. Yummy. I have had the steak quesadilla. Yummy!

Holy heck the beignets were sooo good!!!! The smash burger was great too and the fries—incredible!
Found this place on a whim because we never venture really into holly hill mall but the toddler was hungry and it wasn’t quite lunch time yet
The only thing that is tough was the price of the burger, almost $16 but overall it was worth it I feel like!☺️

I ordered online had a promos time of 6:14 I called at 6:30 to ask where to park for curbside. Told me I was waiting on pie to cook. I callled again at 6:45 said stilll waiting on pie it is know 7pm still no food I asked when called the second time is it just the pie I am waiting on I don’t want my food to be cold she asked if I wanted her to bring the pizza out why would you bring out half a order finally someone came with exactly what I would think only my pizza no drink no pie 45 mins later and it is cold!!!!!!!!!!! Worse service ever!!!! Do not recommend I do not know how this place has such great ratings

This place is a hidden GEM! I was in the mall hungry and when I heard garlic parmesan fries it was over. Little did I know that was the begging of my new found love. I also had a hot dog which was thick and juicy. Last but the absolute farthest from least….. y’all, this street corn…. I thought I died and went to heaven. I can’t wait to come back again and try the wings!
