First time here, and we stopped in during the Bears game last night when the place was absolutely packed. They didn’t have any tables available, but the owner (or host) was kind enough to grab a high-top table and seat us in one of their rooms, which we really appreciated.
Because of how busy it was, we were expecting slower service, but we were immediately greeted and taken care of. Our server, Angelica, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The food came out quick and hot.
The wings were fantastic. It’s hard to find a place that does grilled wings well, and these seriously impressed me, they were tender and full of flavor. I definitely recommend the lemon pepper sauce.
As a fellow service industry employee, I can spot good employees and a well-run establishment, and this is definitely one of them. I’ll absolutely be returning.

We came for the xtreme bingo and the funnel fries because they are amazing! It was an absolutely horrible experience due to there only being one server and cook on an EXTREMELY busy night. I DO not blame the server …. but come on plan better if you know there is going to be an event that draws more people in. Waiting almost 20 min to order drinks and another 30 to order our food. Then almost an hour for our food to come out. Again I DO not blame our waitress. We could see she was busy. management needs to do better or their customers and the staff.

Went to American Tap on a whim to watch the bears packer game. They have some killer wings and great selection of beers on tap to choose from. They also have deals everyday regarding food and drinks. The ladies working the bar were top notch, they were super polite, accommodating, and fun to talk to. The overall atmosphere was cheerful, a big crowd showed up for the game so go early! I also loved the decorations and hanging lights, the inside feels nice and homie during this winter season. 100% will be back, Highly recommend

Went back to American tap after an awesome 5 star experience but this time I sat in a corner booth with a group of buddies. It was during the Bears and Packers game. The place was absolutely packed and there were several times where we wanted to put in food or order drinks, but our waiter would not come up to the table. it almost seems like she completely forgot about us because there was so much chaos happening, I end up having to request another tables waiter to get ours attention. I ended up requesting the manager after the second time because I was so pissed after not getting served for 30 to 40 minutes.
Eventually, our server came and started fulfilling our orders, but at that point the damage was done, I could tell our server was irritated with the night, she was short speaking to us and it was awkward for the table. I didn’t realize we were such a burden. I understand it’s a busy night but management needs to hire more people on those big game days because it stresses the employee and makes a horrible customer experience changing my review from 5 stars to 3

First time to watch a Bears game for this “sports bar”. The place was empty and now I know why. First off had a patty melt which was very dry. During the game they turned off the sound and played hip hop. We left and went to Pyramid. I’ll never go back. Pyramid was so much better!

Worst bar I’ve ever been to. Rude bartenders that we tipped well. Terrible atmosphere, insanely weird crowd. Do not come to this bar if you enjoy good service and not having people starring at you.

Ordered a Tequila sprite, and bartender gave me a tequila soda instead. When i asked for the correct drink, she gave me a rude “just drink it response” in which case I was like no I want the drink I ordered. Then after she remade my drink she proceeded to take the drink that was wrong and just top it off and then serve it to a table after I already had a few sips of it!!! Stay away from this place

Food was pretty good. We had mac n cheese bites and boneless wings. The beer pours were short several ounces however. But, numerous beer options available.
