I always enjoy this place.
But today was best experience with ASH.
Service was professional and formal.
Food was excellent too.
I’m not a brisket guy but ASH’s brisket was inevitable.
I would recommend loaded fries and smokehouse plate with fried brussel sprouts.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Nice selection of menu items to choose from. Reasonably priced and pretty nice portion sizes. Food was amazing!!! Definitely found a new favorite place!! Very large selection of drinks and cocktails. We will be going back and taking family and friends with us!!

First. 16oz Ribeye with baked potato and seared Brussel sprouts, first steak I’ve had in a long time that you only needed a fork to eat. Ni steak sauce or knife needed. Very tender steak. The sides were just as amazing. Very well worth the money if you like a great steak. $28

Maybe one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. I had the six-ounce filet. It was delicious and tender. To be honest, my side is mashed potatoes was average at best. The table shared an order or potato skins that were a good starter. The service was great. The setting was comfortable and appropriate for a nice smokehouse. A definite asset to Downtown West Point, Georgia. We even met the Mayor while dining at A.S.H. (Spoken as “ash”), as it is referred to locally.
